Registered charity number: 1111639

Community Sports TrustFulham FC have set the standard for professional clubs in harnessing the power of sport to deliver positive social and educational programmes in the community. We deliver this work through the Fulham FC Community Sports Trust (FFC CST), a registered charity.

The Fulham FC Community Sports Trust is one of the largest and most progressive schemes in the country and one that I am truly proud of.

"I am fully supportive of all the work that the Trust undertakes because it focuses on social issues such as racial awareness, disability awareness and social inclusion and also promotes the importance of educational standards and healthy lifestyles.
Mohamed Al Fayed, Chairman Fulham FC

Our goal is to

Use sport to deliver inspirational, accessible and inclusive initiatives, promoting educational and social opportunities, improving the quality of life for disadvantaged young people to make a positive, real and lasting difference to the local community.

We achieve this by

  • Using the power of sport to help young people stay healthy, achieve educationally and make a positive contribution to their communities. An example of this is our Healthy Living Echo Project.
  • Providing high quality sporting opportunities for young people in and outside of school time. We deliver National Curriculum PE in schools across London and Surrey.
  • Working in partnership to develop special programmes to provide opportunities for disadvantaged groups, to benefit from active participation. An example of this is our award winning disability programme.

Achievements

The Community Sports Trust delivers opportunities to over 250,000 children and young people each year. This is a selection of our achievements from last season:

  • Chosen to pilot the Premier League and Met Police “Kickz” social inclusion project
  • Launched “ECHO” healthy lifestyle project with Surrey CCC
  • Launched first ever Downs Syndrome football team
  • Fulham Deaf FC won the British Deaf Cup
  • Launched Positive Futures social inclusion project on Cambridge estate in Kingston
  • Education project increased pupils literacy, numeracy and IT skills by 30%
