Disability

Football Foundation Logo

The Fulham FC Foundation co-ordinates a comprehensive disability programme in conjunction with the Premier League and Sport England.
 
The disability programme has been running since 2003 supported by both the Premier League and Sport England and is consistently growing in strength by working alongside national and regional partners including the Down’s Syndrome Association, Kingston Council, Youth Sports Trust, Surrey Football Association and the Special Olympics. Recent developments have seen us expand our work beyond the London Boroughs of Kingston, Merton and Hammersmith and Fulham into the North Surrey area.

Aiming High for Disabled Children

Aiming High for Disabled Children

Description
Aiming High for Disabled Children is a three year government initiative to improve services for children and young people with disabilities between the ages of 0 and 19 and help fulfil the potential of every disabled child.

One of the strategic aims of the Foundation is to support other organisations in developing inclusive activity, whether they be other sports Foundations or local community amateur sports clubs.
DSActive

DSActive

Description
Fulham FC Foundation has an excellent and long-standing partnership with the Down's Syndrome Association (DSA). One of the many outstanding initiatives run by the DSA is the DSActive project which provides children and young adults with Down's Syndrome a tailored to get involved in quality football provision.

Fulham FC Foundation delivers holiday courses throughout the summer, Easter and all half-term holidays across the year.
Imagine Your Goals

Imagine Your Goals

The aim of this project is to enhance the lives of adults with mental health issues and contribute to their recovery by using the positive effects of participation in sport. Mental health problems affect 1 in 4 people across the UK and come with plenty of stigma and discrimination.

Fulham FC Foundation has a number of partnerships with local schools, supplying many different sessions ranging from after school and lunchtime clubs to curriculum time coaching.
Tadworth Children's Trust

Tadworth Children's Trust

Description
The children's trust is a national charity providing care, education and therapy to children with multiple disabilities and complex health needs. The trust also delivers rehabilitation services to children with acquired brain injury.
