Fulham Football Club Foundation are looking for local partners, small and large businesses and even individuals that have a desire to support young people in their local communities.
With a contribution of £1,500 in one year you can make a difference to the futures of these young people by helping the Foundation to build better lives through sport for them.
Since the Fulham FC Foundation was established in September 2009, our staff have worked with more than 37,000 young people which in turn has impacted not just on them but also their families.
A parent talking about her son’s participation in the DSActive Tennis programme which is one of the Foundation’s disability projects:
“I am a mum of a 13-year-old boy who happens to have Down’s Syndrome and who now, because of the Foundation’s excellent tennis programme, has added tennis to the top of his favourite pastimes list. This has superseded computer games which in itself is a great achievement and something that I can really thank the Foundation for.
"My son Ahmed is an avid sports fan and generally will attempt most sports but tennis has always been a favourite. However as the years have gone by he has been finding it increasingly difficult to keep up with children his own age. I cannot explain the confidence he has gained playing the sport with children of similar abilities.
"Thanks to programmes like these, which add a constructive purpose to his day, Ahmed is able to be involved in an activity where his needs are the focus and where he feels a sense of belonging.”
The Foundation delivers a number of projects that span a wide range of social priorities such as social inclusion, education, health, disability, volunteering and sport's development. Help make a difference in your community by becoming a Foundation Project Partner today.

How will my support make a difference?
The Foundation’s team work tirelessly to access local, regional, and national funding to launch new innovative projects in all of the above areas but this only goes so far.

How will I know what impact this contribution has made?
During the course of the year we will invite you along as our guest to a designated matchday as well as our annual awards ceremony where the Foundation will update you on progress.
How will your contribution be recognised?
Your support will be acknowledged on fulhamfc.com/foundation| and we’ll host you at a designated Fulham FC matchday.
