Sports Development Coach
Fulham Football Club Foundation are seeking a Sports Development Coach to be responsible for the development and delivery of all projects, partnerships and activities within the Sports Development Team that occur across the areas of Surrey and Kingston.
The position will involve coaching delivery on holiday courses, schools program, weekend activity and special provision. The Sports Development Coach will be tasked with developing initiatives and supporting partnerships through the Foundations Strategy and to sustain growth of the Sports Development Team, Fulham Football Club Foundation and the Club.
Applicants must have an excellent working knowledge of the boroughs of Surrey and Kingston; have three or more years experience of a Sports Development environment and two or more years experience of supervising staff. A flexible attitude to work tasks and a willingness to travel are a must. Applicants must have the ability to work independently and be competent in driving and generating business. Excellent IT skills are essential. You will also need to be qualified to a minimum standard of FA Coaching Level 2.

Purchase Ledger Assistant
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a pro-active Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our busy Finance department. You will have joint responsibility for the following tasks:

Timely processing and payment of purchase invoices and expenses
-
Ensuring appropriate authorisation of purchase invoices and expenses
-
Reconciliation of purchase ledger accounts to supplier statements
-
Production of weekly cheque payment run and ad hoc payment requests
-
Handling and resolution of supplier queries by e-mail and telephone
-
Regular review and maintenance of supplier account details
-
Period end reconciliation of purchase ledger to general ledger accounts
-
Coding and filing of supplier invoices and payment documentation
-
Any other ad hoc requests
This is a permanent, full-time position which may involve working match-days.
You will have previous experience of working in a busy purchase ledger role and will possess strong communication skills and an attention to detail.

Finance Director

Fulham Half-Time Draw Agents
Fulham Football Club Foundation are looking for enthusiastic and passionate sales staff to be agents for the new look half-time draw (formerly ‘The Fulham Flutter’).
You will be responsible for the sale of tickets for the draw before home matches as well as providing information and promoting the draw and the charity it supports. Experience working in a sales environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
You will have a hard working attitude, high levels of customer service and be confident working in a busy environment. Agents will be receive 20% commission of total ticket sales.

Safety Stewards
We are looking for immaculately presented outgoing people to join our match-day safety stewards team.
Safety stewards are deployed to assist in the safe operation of the stadium before, during and after the event and the role is one primarily of safety whilst delivering excellent customer service to uphold our Club values.
We are looking for people with a bright, positive attitude who enjoy working with people in a very busy challenging whilst fun environment.
Full training will be provided however previous experience would be advantageous. You will need to be available to work weekends throughout the football season.

The Fulham team is much bigger than 11 men on the pitch.
We are seeking immaculately presented service driven individuals to join our match-day Catering team for the 2009/2010 season.
You will be committed to delivering service excellence, have a can-do attitude and maintain the highest levels of professionalism.
You must have previous experience within a retail or hospitality environment in a commercial or private venue, be available to work weekends and evenings and commit to the full season (August to May). If you are able to fulfil the above criteria the following positions are available:
