Fulham striker and US international Eddie Johnson has joined Championship side Cardiff City on a season long loan deal. Fulham have the option to recall the striker in January 2009.
Johnson joined Fulham during the January 2008 transfer window from MLS side Kansas City Wizards and has made six appearances for the Whites.
