Fulham Academy scholar Matthew Briggs has been selected to represent England U19s at the forthcoming UEFA U19 Championships Qualifying Round Games in Northern Ireland.
England U19s will play Albania on Wednesday 8th October, Northern Ireland on Friday 10th October and Serbia on Monday 13th October.
Briggs made history in 2007 by becoming the youngest Premier League player in history when made his senior debut at the tender age of 16 years and 65 days. Briggs was introduced as a second half substitute at the Riverside on the final day of the 06/07 season.
