A two-goal salvo at the end of the first half, very much against the run of play, was enough to give West Ham all three points at Craven Cottage on Saturday.
The sending off of Andy Johnson in first-half injury time hampered the Whites’ chances to getting back on level terms. Yet despite the difficult task in front of them, Fulham continued to force the tempo in the second-half and came close to salvaging a share of the points.
