Fulham Football Club has completed the signing of Kagisho Dikgacoi on a two-year deal for an undisclosed fee which will see the player at the Club until the summer of 2011.
The 24-year-old South African international midfielder joins from Golden Arrows where he made 82 appearances since 2005. He was part of South Africa’s squad for the 2008 African Nations Cup, played in all five of South Africa’s Confederations Cup matches this summer and has already made 28 appearances for his country since breaking into the international scene two years ago.
Speaking from Fulham’s Motspur Park training ground this morning, Kagisho Dikgacoi said:
“I am so happy that my transfer to Fulham has been finalised. I have spent most of the summer training with the players and getting to know them and all of the coaching staff. I have been given a wonderful chance to be part of a fantastic team playing in one of the best leagues in the world, this is something very special to me and an opportunity that I am going to grab with both hands.”
