Dempsey netted three times in December, recording Fulham's third in the home win over Middlesbrough before grabbing a brace in the West London derby at Craven Cottage.
Fulham's US international won December's award by a landslide majority with Danny Murphy and Mark Schwarzer running in second and third place respectively.
