Fulham Football Club is delighted to announce that it will be hosting a catering Fans Forum at Craven Cottage on the evening of Monday 9th August at 6:30pm.
Last year's Fans Forums produced some lively debate concerning public catering at Craven Cottage. Ahead of the new season we would now like to take this discussion one step further and host an evening dedicated to reviewing our current catering offer. We will also be canvassing opinion on any improvements that can be made to our service as we embark upon the 2010/11 season.
Guests will be treated to complimentary snacks and drinks from the current catering menu. There will also be some exciting new products available to sample over the course of the evening.
In addition to assessing the quality of food & drink, we will also be looking for feedback on other aspects of stadium catering including prices, promotions, outlets and customer service.
If you are interested in attending the Forum, then we would also like to offer you the chance to complete a Mystery Shopping Assignment at our pre-season friendly match against Werder Bremen on Saturday 7th August.
We will provide you with a complimentary match ticket along with a Mystery Shopping Form that can be completed on the day of the game. All we ask is that you bring your completed forms along to the Fans Forum, where your findings will help to form part of the discussion.
The Fans Forum is open to all. However, please note that as places are limited attendance will be by invitation only. In the event that places are oversubscribed, supporters will be selected at random from those who are able to complete a Mystery Shopping Assignment at the Werder Bremen game.

To aid us in planning the event, when you contact us please provide details of any items that you would like to see included in the Fans Forum agenda. Please also indicate if you are able to complete a Mystery Shopping Assignment and would like to receive a complimentary ticket to the Werder Bremen game, indicating your preferred area of the stadium.
Invitations will be sent out by email and will include more detailed information on the Fans Forum schedule, Werder Bremen tickets and Mystery Shopping. These will be sent out in the week leading up to the game.
Supporters who are unable to attend can still take part in the debate by submitting questions or comments on catering to enquiries@fulhamfc.com|.
