An exceptional shot-stopper, he is also renowned for his quick reflexes and excellent physical condition.

Keller’s career started back in 1989 when was a star performer for A-League side, Portland Timbers. His undeniable skills in goal earned the keeper a move across the Atlantic to Millwall, where he made over 150 appearances before moving on to Martin O’Neill’s Leicester City.

Keller's reputation was further enhanced at Filbert Street where he helped the Foxes to 15 clean sheets in his first season. The following campaign saw Leicester reach the Final of the Worthington Cup.

Following a two-year stint in Spain with La Liga outfit, Rayo Vallecano, Keller returned to the Premiership with Tottenham Hotspur where he made over 80 appearances.

Most recently Keller has been a key player for Borussia Mönchengladbach. Joining the German outfit midway through the 2005/06 season, the American keeper produced arguably the best form of his career helping to steer ‘Gladbach away from the bottom of the table.
