What are the benefits of the new card?

In the short term the card will allow supporters much quicker access to the stadium, alleviating some of the issues of queues on a matchday, particularly in the close run up to kick off. They also bring increased security, they are very difficult to forge and will make life much more difficult for ticket touts.

With the new stadium card system you will be able to credit your card with a ticket and you don’t need to wait for tickets to arrive in the post, or queue to collect them on a matchday.

In the long term we hope the card will help to improve the level of customer service for supporters.

We can then arrange for a re-print of your card which will be charged at a £5 fee.

What information is held on the card?
