Booking fees: payment by debit card will be completely free while credit card payments will incur a 1.75% fee.

Weekly prize draw: the week runs from 9am Tuesday to 5pm Monday with winners published on fulhamfc.com each Tuesday of the following week. The Club will contact winners to make necessary arrangements.

Family Zone: this area is reserved for adults with children under the age of 16 years and is limited to blocks A, AL, K, KL. Children between the ages of 4 and 7 years are eligible for £49 Season Tickets, on presentation of photographic proof of age (each under 8 child must be accompanied by one full paying adult). Those under 4 years are free provided they can sit on a parent's knee. All children in the family area must be accompanied by a paying adult. Family Zone Season Tickets are only available to purchase in person, by phone or by written application, seats in this area are not available online.

Juniors age restriction: under 16 (as of 1 Aug 2012). All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Restricted view seats: will be discounted by £50 for adults and concessions and £30 for juniors (£95 restricted view seats will be discounted by £5).

Free Maestro's Lounge hire: subject to availability, standard facility hire terms and conditions apply, minimum catering spend required during the event, non-matchday only. Further information is available on enquiry.

Fultime magazine: Three editions of the Club magazine will be published each season and distributed to your registered address.

10% discount: Valid from 1st June 2012 until 30th June 2013. Not transferrable, Season Ticket Holders must be the user of any product purchased that relates to attendance (i.e. events). Discount not available on; match tickets, non-Fulham events, matchday food and beverage, matchday programmes and any other items where identified. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer unless identified.
