Prior to stadium redevelopment this area was a covered terrace.
Toilets & betting facilities are located on the lower level of the concourse directly behind the stand.

Supporters in this section of the ground can access the mobile Retail Unit, which is located just behind the Hammersmith Stand, backing onto the river.
McBride’s Sports Bar is located beneath Block Z and is used by Corporate Hospitality guests on a matchday.
The front 5 rows are listed on the Seating Plan as Blocks SL to ZL respectively. Due its low vantage point, the front row is unsuitable for young children or shorter supporters.
There is a wheelchair accessible section located at the front of Block S.

The Johnny Haynes Stand is a HOME area only.

This historic stand has witnessed Fulham matches now for over a century and was designed by the noted Scottish engineer & architect Archibald Leitch. The structure is a Grade II listed building protected by English Heritage.
Due to the age of the stand the sightline from a number of seats is partially obstructed by roof supporting columns.
The Upper Tier features wooden seating and is also home to the stadium Press Box.
The Lower Tier (denoted as Blocks AL – KL on the seating plan) was previously a standing paddock but has now been converted to seating.
Blocks A & AL have been designated as the official Family Area. A wheelchair accessible area is located in Block KL, with access for ticketed supporters through the main Cottage Gate.
The stadium store is located beneath Block A and a kiosk located on the concourse is open for fans to visit once they have entered the stadium.
All of the catering and betting facilities are located on the main concourse. Most of the toilets are also located on the main concourse, with an additional gents facility upstairs at Block A.
Café at the Cottage, located beneath Block K is not open to the general public once the stadium has opened on a matchday.

The area adjacent to the Cottage pavilion is known as ‘Cottage Corner’, as it is nearest to the players’ entrance & the iconic Cottage pavilion which was constructed in 1905.
The make-up of the Away & Neutral areas varies depending on the size of the visiting support. In general terms Away supporters are allocated either 1800 or 3000 tickets.
An access tunnel beneath the stand links the Putney Turnstiles with the Riverside Stand. Whilst fans with Putney End tickets cannot access the Riverside Stand, there are toilets located in the access tunnel under Block P1 which are open for public use.
Most of the catering, toilet and betting facilities are located on the concourse directly behind the stand. Away supporters will find additional kiosks located in the open area beyond Block P7, backing onto the river.
A wheelchair accessible area for Away supporters is located in Block P7.

Fixture List
You can keep up to date with the latest fixture information| online:
You can request a printed fixture card by contacting the Club Ticket Office or Supporter Relations Dept.
Please note that the date & kick-off time may alter and it is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure that they are aware of any changes. We would advise checking in the week leading up to the match to ensure that the fixture date has not been altered.
In the event that a fixture is moved after tickets have been released for sale, any paper tickets that have already been issued shall remain valid for the rearranged game.

Ticket Prices
Home Barclays Premier League fixtures are designated as either Grade A, B or C matches.
The prices for match tickets| will vary depending on the Grade of the game and the location of the seat within the stadium.
Seats which are classified as having a Restricted View are £2 cheaper than the list price.
From time to time special discounts and promotions will be offered at selected Grade B & C matches.
Details of these offers are listed in the ‘Information & Prices’ link for each match in turn.
Popular promotions include Family Pack tickets (based on 2 Adults & 2 Juniors) & Group Packages (based on 10 or more supporters). Over the course of each season special offers are also available at selected matches for Season Ticket Holders & Club Members.
A special ‘My First Matchday’| package, incorporating a stadium tour, is also available at all Grade B & C matches.

Restricted View Seats
Any seat at Craven Cottage where the goal mouth is obscured by a fixed structure is classified as a 'restricted view' seat. Like many other stadiums in the world, the Cottage has lots of roof-supporting poles, and therefore lots of 'restricted view' seats - more than 1500 in fact!
What you probably didn't know is that the view from the vast majority of these seats is excellent. As you can see from the pictures below or from our restricted view seat interactive page|, only a very small part of the pitch is obscured, and in many cases the view from some of the restricted view seats could be considered superior to 'full view' seats in the corners of the ground.
Due to their classification these are the last seats in the ground to sell, and in fact, we normally have a few restricted view seats available to buy on the day of the game, even for the biggest games of the season!
NOT ONLY DO YOU GET A GREAT VIEW FROM THESE SEATS, BUT THEY'RE ALSO CHEAPER THAN FULL VIEW SEATS SO THE COST OF YOUR FIRST PIE OR BEER IS ALMOST COVERED!
So don't be put off if you see the "SOLD OUT - EXCEPT FOR RESTRICTED VIEW SEATS" sign put up. This means you still have the opportunity to buy some great seats and be part of the incredible atmosphere that only a packed Craven Cottage can give.
Don't let the 2% stop you from seeing the other 98%!
Have a look at some of restricted view seats| in our interactive view page or see the photos below.

What to Wear
What should I wear to the match?
Many supporters choose to wear replica shirts or other official items of Club clothing, such as scarves, hats, jackets and tracksuits. These can be purchased at either Club Shop, online at fulhamfc.com, or on matchdays at the stadium.
Branded clothing or accessories are often referred to as ‘Club Colours’.
There are not many restrictions on clothing, although supporters should note that replica kits of the visiting team may not be worn in any Home area of the stadium. Supporters in all areas of the stadium should refrain from wearing items of clothing that are indecent, or that carry offensive wording or slogans.
Supporters in the Neutral Section may wear replica shirts or other items of clothing relating to either team.
We would advise supporters to dress comfortably and to take into account the weather conditions before travelling, including the chance of rain or snow. An up to date weather forecast can be obtained online at www.metoffice.gov.uk
The average temperature in London varies over the course of the football season. You can expect average temperatures of approximately 12° in Autumn, 6° in Winter and 10° in Spring.
During winter it is not unheard of for temperatures to drop near to or below freezing. Being situated so close to a river, the stadium can also feel rather cold, particularly in winter or at evening games, so be sure to check the forecast and come prepared.

First Time Visitors
If you are new to the Cottage, or indeed to football, then we hope you enjoy your visit to our stadium.
Football crowds are passionate & loud but the atmosphere at Craven Cottage is friendly and the vast majority of fans are welcoming to first time visitors or new supporters. Improvements in stadium facilities have led to an increasingly diverse fan base in the Barclays Premier League.
Regular supporters will encourage their side by chanting, cheering and singing throughout the entire game. Noisy support is encouraged, but abusive behaviour or inappropriate chants or songs will not be tolerated. If you encounter any poor behaviour during your visit this can be reported to any Club steward or staff member located in your area of the stadium.
Although supporters will stand up from time to time during exciting periods of play, to ensure that everyone is able to enjoy the game supporters are asked to remain seated whenever possible. Persistent standing is not permitted. This rule is also policed by Club stewards, who can help in cases where your view is being impeded by another fan.
Particularly if you are seated in a lower part of the stand, be aware that footballs may leave the pitch quickly and enter the stand. Be particularly mindful of this during the pre-match warm-up if you are sat in the lower part of the Hammersmith or Putney End .
If you are unfamiliar with the players, both teams’ squads are listed on the back page of the matchday programme, which can be purchased inside or outside the stadium for £3.50.
Players are easily identifiable by their unique Squad Number, which remains the same over the course of a season.
Catering outlets are open pre-match and also at half-time, when they tend to be most busy. You will also find betting facilities (over 18s only), toilets & baby changing facilities located within the vicinity of each stand.
There are close to 800 staff members in and around the stadium on a matchday, so you are never far from assistance at any point in your visit.
We look forward to welcoming you to the Cottage.

Loyalty Scheme
What is the Loyalty Points Scheme?
The Loyalty Points scheme will be a means of tracking supporters’ dedication to following Fulham to all their matches both home and away. Points will be awarded to fans who attend any matches both home and away.
How do I join?
All Fulham supporters who are registered as fans on the database will automatically join the loyalty scheme. If you have been given a supporter number in the past this means your details have previously been captured. Season Ticket Holders and Members are always given first priority for tickets.
How will this benefit supporters?
When tickets go on sale for popular games or cup fixtures supporters with the most loyalty points will be able to purchase tickets first. Therefore attending more matches home and away means greater chance to attend the games with a limited allocation.
What are points awarded for?
Every match purchased has a points value whether it is home or away, Cup match or league.
How do I get awarded points?
Points will automatically be awarded when you make an advance ticket purchase and quote your client reference number. This could be a purchase at the ticket office, over the telephone, the web or by making a postal application. Points will not be awarded for tickets purchased at the turnstiles at Craven Cottage or any other venue. Remember points can only be awarded once and if you are making purchases for other people please ensure you quote their client reference numbers in order for them to be awarded their points.
-
Example 1
A Season Ticket Holder is booking 4 tickets for friends who are all Season Ticket Holders also. The purchaser books them online under his client reference and doesn’t allocate the other tickets via ‘Friend and Family’ function. Although each ticket is worth 5 points, he will only be allocated 5 points for one tickets and none of his friends will get any points. In summary he will receive only 5 points.
-
Example 2
A Season Ticket Holder is booking four match tickets with four different Season Ticket Holder client reference numbers. The match has been allocated 2 loyalty points.
Four tickets with four client reference numbers = 2 points per client reference number/supporter.
-
Example 3
A Member is booking two tickets for two different home fixtures on his own client reference number. The first match is worth seven points and second is worth three points.
Two tickets client reference number for two different fixtures = 10 points in total.
How will I know how many points I have?
Coming soon: your cumulative points total will be displayed in the ticket purchase area of fulhamfc.com after you have logged in.
As a Season Ticket Holder do I automatically get all loyalty points for all home matches?
As a Season Ticket Holder you will automatically receive all loyalty points for all Barclays Premier League Home matches. Please note you will not receive them up front but will receive them after each match is played. You will only receive points for home cup matches if you bought a ticket for the match under your client reference number and the match has been played.
When do the Loyalty Points get credited?
Loyalty Points will only be credited after the match is played.
How will I know how many points are required to attend a match?
The ticket office will decide in advance how many points are required to apply, not all matches will be subject to a minimum point level it will depend on the anticipated demand. Supporters need to be aware that there may still be times when although a fan will have the correct number of points his attempt to obtain a ticket will be unsuccessful, however his chances of success will be substantially increased. Minimum points required will be advertised with any fixture sale date information that will continue to be found by calling the ticket office and on the official website.
What if I want to attend a match with a group of friends for a match with a very limited allocation?
The Loyalty Points Scheme does not want to prevent fans attending matches together and remember not all fixtures that go on sale will require a minimum points total, however, supporters should note that if a friend or family member does not fulfil the points criteria they will have to wait in order to purchase their ticket. This could mean your seats may not be together.
Will I get points for tickets purchased on the turnstiles, either home or away?
Points will not be awarded for tickets purchased on a turnstile even if the ticket is produced as proof of purchase to the ticket office at a later date.
What happens if I need to cancel tickets?
Points will be deducted for tickets cancelled and points can only be awarded once for a particular match, no advantage is gained by booking multiple tickets for the same fixture. It has to be stressed the supporter needs to quote his unique client reference number in every transaction.
What if I forgot to allocate my ticket to my client reference number?
Unfortunately the ticket office cannot retrospectively assign points after the transaction is complete.
Do my ticketing loyalty points expire?
The points that fans accumulate never expire as long as the supporter is a Season Ticket Holder or Member.

4. PRE-GAME EXPERIENCE
Collecting Tickets
Where can I collect pre-booked tickets?
Tickets that are being held for collection can be picked up at the mobile collection units located just outside the main Ticket Office on Stevenage Rd
The mobile units open approximately 2 hours prior to kick off and remain open right up until the match begins. There are usually 2 units in operation, with tickets held in alphabetical order between these two locations. Look out for signage on the front of the mobile units to ensure you are queuing at the correct collection point.
If you receive an email confirmation of your booking it is useful to print a copy and bring it with you when calling to collect your tickets. Alternatviely please ensure that you bring a note of your Booking Reference Number.
You may also be asked to show proof of identification, or to confirm the name and postal address linked to the booking.
In the lead up to kick-off the collection units do become busy, particularly at midweek matches, so we do advise that you arrive in good time where you can. You should aim to arrive at least 30 - 45 min ahead of kick off.
If you are calling to collect your tickets before the mobile units are open then please report directly to the adjacent Ticket Office.
If you have any problems with your order, or if the tickets are not at the collection point, then please report to the Ticket Office for further assistance.
The Ticket Office remains open until half-time.

You can visit the Ticket Office in person to purchase tickets, upgrade Season Ticket seats, collect match tickets (prior to the mobile Collection Units opening), or for assistance with any ticket or Access Card related problems or queries.

Subject to availability match tickets will sometimes be available for that days’ game. On occasion cash turnstiles will be in operation at selected areas of the stadium. Left Luggage
Are there any Left Luggage facilities?
There is a free Left Luggage facility located at Gate 20 of the Johnny Haynes Stand in Stevenage Road. This is designed to allow supporters to leave larger items (eg: suitcases, pushchairs or rucksacks) or any items that are forbidden under the Ground Regulations (eg: crash helmets, musical instruments)
The Left Luggage facility is accessible from outside the stadium only. Once you have entered the turnstiles at Craven Cottage you will not be able to visit this location.
The facility is staffed at all times, but supporters do leave items at their own risk. When you deposit the item you will be given a raffle ticket. This can then be used to reclaim your item again after you have exited the stadium at full-time.

Troubleshooting (Tickets)
Collecting Tickets
Tickets which are being held for collection will be available from the white mobile units that stand just outside the main Ticket Office on Stevenage Rd. Tickets are stored but not printed at this location.
If you are advised that your tickets are not available from the mobile collection units, please report to the Ticket Office for further assistance.
Damaged / Defective Tickets
From time to time paper match tickets or Access Cards will not scan properly at the turnstile. This is usually caused by wet weather or damage to the barcode on the paper ticket, or chip in the Access Card.
The barcode in the ticket may also have been deactivated if the booking has been cancelled, or if the Club have information that the ticket was illegally resold.
Please also ensure that you have the most up to date card issued. Once an Access Card has been re-issued, any previous versions will automatically become invalid. The issue number is listed on the front of the ticket.
If a red light flashes on the turnstile indicator this means that your ticket or card has not been accepted. Please return to the Ticket Office for further assistance.
Lost Season Ticket / Membership Card
If you lose your Season Ticket or Membership Card please report this immediately to the Ticket Office. An administration charge of £5 is levied to cover the cost of printing new cards.
If your card has been stolen this should be reported in the first instance to the local police. They will issue you with a Crime Reference Number. The Club will waive the administration charge for reprinting stolen tickets upon confirmation of this number.
If you lose your card on the day of the game please report in person to the Ticket Office. We would advise arriving not later than 1 hour prior to kick-off where possible to ensure that a new card can be issued prior to the start of the game.
Once a Season Ticket or Membership Card has been reprinted the original can no longer be used to gain entry to the stadium. If you subsequently recover your original card and have already received a reprint then please safely dispose of the earlier issue.
If you find a Season Ticket or Membership Card then please hand it to the nearest member of staff, or return it directly to our Ticket Office.
Lost Match Tickets
If you lose your match ticket on matchday you should report to the Ticket Office in the Johnny Haynes Stand on Stevenage Road, which is open until half-time.
You will be asked to verify some of the details linked to your order, which may include your Client Reference Number, the Booking Reference Number or personal information such as your address or telephone number.
Please note that tickets are reprinted at the discretion of the Ticket Office manager.
Late Gates
A small number of entrance turnstiles are left open (usually 1 in each stand). These gates remain open until half-time and can be used by supporters who arrive after kick-off. For direction to the relevant Late Gate please contact the nearest Steward.
Supporters who arrive after the Half Time whistle has sounded should report to Gate 50 at the Hammersmith End of the stadium.
Ticket Touts
As is the case outside many stadiums, ticket touts will attempt to sell match tickets to supporters as they approach the ground on the day of the game. This resale of tickets is illegal.
Touts will often sell tickets above their face value and there can be no guarantee that the tickets they distribute will be valid. The tickets they offer are often forged, or connected to a cancelled or reprinted booking.
The Club cannot offer refunds in cases where supporters have purchased invalid tickets through touts or from unofficial websites and we would urge supporters to purchase tickets from official sources only.

Customers using the Haynes Place café will find a baby change facility on offer. This is not accessible from inside the stadium on a matchday.
Access to Disabled toilets is by radar key only. Supporters can request assistance from any steward or club official if they wish to use a baby change facility at any time during their visit.
Based on their seat location, supporters should use the following baby change facilities:

Matchday Entertainment
Matchday entertainment begins when the stadium opens, approximately 90 minutes prior to kick-off.
The afternoon begins with popular music, selected by our resident DJ, which is played over the stadium PA system.
Our stadium announcer David Hamilton is on hand approximately 1 hour before the match is scheduled to start. David will announce the teams to crowd about 30 min prior to kick-off. Confirmation of the Home line-up is given again just before kick-off.
Keep an ear out for birthday announcements and welcome greetings, which are generally made over the PA system around 2:30pm and again at half-time.
Both teams emerge from the players’ entrance in front of the Cottage a few minutes prior to kick-off to the stirring sound of ‘Palladio’ by ‘Escala’.
The Fair Play handshake takes place, accompanied by the Premier League anthem ‘My Saturday Self’.
The Fulham players often emerge for the second-half to ‘I’ve Got a Feeling’ by ‘Black Eyed Peas’ or ‘London Calling’ by ‘The Clash’.
half-time entertainment varies from game-to-game but look out for regular junior shoot-out competitions down at the Hammersmith End and other on-pitch activities.

6. GETTING HOME
Exiting the Stadium
Exit gates are opened shortly before full-time. The main exits are located at the Hammersmith & Putney Gates. There are also a number of exit gates located along the length of the Johnny Haynes Stand. All of these gates lead onto Stevenage Rd.
Supporters in the Riverside Stand can exit the stadium by walking around the rear of the Hammersmith Stand and out through the Hammersmith Gate.
To help ease congestion the Exit Gate between the Riverside Stand and Putney Stand, adjacent to Block Z, remains closed for approximately 10 min at the end of the game. Once crowds in the Putney End have dispersed, supporters in the Riverside may also exit using the access tunnel beneath the Putney End Stand.
Bishops Park is open after all matches (including evening games). In general terms the roads leading up to Fulham Palace Road offer a less congested route away from the stadium.

Club Charter
Supporter Charter
Our Values
The Supporter Charter is our commitment to the fans of Fulham Football Club. Guided by our core Club Values, it is intended as a ‘code of best practice’ that contains important information about our policies and practices.
As a Club we strive to be ambassadorial, proud of our heritage and respectful of everyone the Club serves, including our supporters, our partners and our local community. We will seek opportunities to drive audience and our fan base and to celebrate and embrace diversity. We will be fair, progressive and forward thinking in everything we do.
We will actively seek feedback from our customers and go the extra mile to delight those who are touched by what we do.
Action Orientated
Away Travel
• Wherever possible the Club will provide coach travel to away fixtures at the lowest available price. Costs can be found in the ‘Tickets’ section at fulhamfc.com
Community Games
• Each season the Club will endeavour to designate a number of fixtures as Community games with relevant ticket promotions and activities. To help promote equality in football, at least one fixture each year will be earmarked as the Club’s official Kick It Out Week Of Action game.
Fixture Dates
• The dates of certain matches may change due to live TV or cup commitments. We will make every effort to communicate any changes through the Club’s communication channels, including the website, match programme & direct email. Lost or Stolen Tickets
• For forgotten Season Tickets, a duplicate day ticket may be obtained at the discretion of the Ticket Office on production of relevant ID.
• Lost Season Ticket cards should be reported immediately to the Ticket Office. Replacement cards will cost £5 unless a Crime Reference Number can be given to verify the theft of the card.
Merchandise
• If there is a major sponsorship change the Club will endeavour to inform supporters as far in advance as is possible through the matchday programme, the website and direct mail-outs.
Restricted View Seating
• Due to the age of the ground pillars affect the sightlines from a number of seats within the stands. The Club will proactively check the view from seats and ensure that any which has part of one goalmouth obstructed are classified as Restricted and sold at a discount. Where seats are affected by pillars but these do not obstruct the view of either goalmouth, then there will be no reduction in the ticket price.
Signed Merchandise
• During the season the Club will conduct a monthly draw, allocating a number of items of signed memorabilia to registered charities within our local area. Charities can apply in writing to be included in this free draw. In order to keep the value of donations high at auctions and raffles, we will not be able to assist with other requests for signed merchandise. We therefore ask that supporters do not submit items directly to the Club for this purpose.
Sponsors & Commercial Opportunities
• The Club will endeavour to attract sponsors and commercial partners with mutually beneficial and appropriate brand objectives & company values. For further details of the benefits & opportunities available, please contact the Sponsorship Dept. on 0208 336 7537.

We may from time to time contact supporters by letter, phone or email to inform of special events or services that we feel may be of interest. Supporters can contact us at any time to opt out of receiving information from us and / or any of the Clubs official partners.
Health & Safety
• Supporters are assured that the Club is in communication with the police & local authority to ensure that crowd safety in the stadium and its surrounds on matchdays is not compromised so far as matters are within the Club’s control.
Merchandise
• The Club carries out its obligations under the Premier League rulebook to prevent price fixing in relation to the sale of replica kit.
• Under the current kit manufacturing contract, all replica strip designs have a life span of one season.
• Information regarding our kit cycle policy will be made readily available to any persons requiring it.
Refunds (Abandoned Games)
• If a game is abandoned before half-time then a full refund or free admission to the rearranged game will be offered. Please note that the holder may be required to return the ticket to the Club not later than 3 days prior to the date of the rearranged fixture to be eligible for compensation. Refunds (Merchandise)
• The Club’s Retail & Direct Mail refund policy will be displayed or available on request in store and printed online and in the catalogue. Refunds (Travel)
• The Club cannot be held responsible for cancelled or postponed matches and urge supporters who are travelling long distances not to book too far in advance and / or to take out insurance that covers the rearrangement or cancellation of their travel.
Supporter Consultation
• Major policy issues will be publicised in an easily digested format in the matchday programme, on the website, in residents’ newsletters and occasionally by direct email.
Ticket Allocations
• The Club abides by the FA Premier League rules governing the allocation of tickets to visiting clubs. The flexibility of the stadium configuration at the Putney End allows the Club to give either 1800, 3000 or more seats to the visiting team. The number allocated will be based on anticipated home and away levels of demand.
Ticket Policies
• Our guiding principles in determining ticket policies for the Club are that tickets should be accessible, affordable & fair.
• As well as making tickets accessible, the Club recognises the need to fill the stadium in the short term and to grow the supporter base in the long term by introducing young fans to the Club.
• Additional tickets for league matches that are not allocated as Season Ticket Holders seats will go on sale in the first instance to Season Ticket Holders to allow them to bring guests. Tickets will then be made available to Members. Subject to availability and other restrictions, a General Sale of remaining seats will then follow.
• Each season there will be a number of games where tickets are unlikely to be offered on General Sale.
• Full details of the Club’s ticket policies can be found at fulhamfc.com and are also available on request from the stadium Ticket Office.
• At least 5% of tickets will be offered to non Season Ticket Holders. These will be offered in the first instance to Season Ticket Holders guests.
Ticket Prices
• The Club does not charge admission prices to away supporters which are higher than those charged to our own supporters for comparable accommodation. Concessionary rates are offered to supporters of this visiting club.
• Details of ticket availability & pricing will always be made available promptly on fulhamfc.com and on the ticket information line. Where possible ticket information will also be added to Club publications, including the match day programme.
Open & Inclusive
Disabled Supporters
• The stadium has a total of 31 home wheelchair spaces and 4 away wheelchair spaces. These spaces are provided at half price and where assistance is required there is no charge for an accompanying PA.
• Ambulant disabled supporters seated in the stands are entitled to a 50% discount on their match tickets in any areas where concessionary prices are available.

• The Club is fully committed to equal opportunities for all individuals regardless of race, colour, religion, nationality, ethnic or national origin, sex, marital status or disability. It is the aim of the Club that no employee, potential employee, player, applicant or customer receives less favourable treatment on the grounds of race, colour, religion, nationality, ethnic or national origin, sex, marital status or disability.
Families
• The Club acknowledges that it is essential that the whole family can come along to games. The Club will run promotional offers during the season that are specifically designed to attract children to games.
• The Club will provide an area in Blocks A & AL of the Johnny Haynes Stand which is specifically promoted for the use of families.
Membership
• The Club will operate a variety of affordable Membership schemes to suit adults, juniors, domestic and overseas based supporters. Members will receive a variety of benefits and will be entitled to the second level of ticket priority after Season Ticket Holders. Full details of the Loyalty Point scheme will be outline on fulhamfc.com
Supporter Consultation
• The Club welcomes feedback to assist in improving the service which is delivered to supporters and will endeavour to find new and innovative ways of communicating with supporters and gathering suggestions.

• The Club will offer all supporters the opportunity to purchase their Season Tickets by instalments at a competitive rate of interest.
Ticket Policies (Neutral Area)
• Selected blocks of the Putney End are usually designated as a neutral area, which is open for home, away or any other fans to use. Purchasing a seat in this area means supporters could be seated next to a home, away or a neutral supporter.

Charity Requests
We receive thousands of requests for assistance each year and as a Club we donate a number of signed team shirts, match balls and programmes to registered charities, schools and other worthy causes within the Greater London area.
We are aware that most of the items we donate are used in fundraising auctions or raffles and in a bid to keep the value of our signed merchandise high we do limit the number of items we donate over the course of each football season.
As a result we are unable to accept submissions from companies, personal supporters or other interested parties. For a full copy of the Club’s charitable donations policy, please email: enquiries@fulhamfc.com|
