Account Manager - Sponsorship

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join our Sponsorship team. Reporting directly to the Sponsorship and Media Manager you will be responsible for the day to day account management of our entire portfolio of sponsors, partners and affiliates. The role will also include day to day management of the Just Sport retail relationship and the Club’s multimedia partners.

You will be responsible for managing sponsors who have a variety of activities on match days and the role encompasses delivery of the sponsor match day operation, managing all relevant agencies, contractors and suppliers as well as project managing any sponsorship activities taking place.

In addition the Account Manager will also assist the Sponsorship and Media Manager in the following areas:

  • Developing sponsorship packages for prospective clients.
  • Identifying potential partner sectors and developing partner leads.
  • Exploring new commercial opportunities.
  • Identifying and delivering incremental revenues in new media opportunities through sale of Club media rights.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and client management skills. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience working in an account management role in an Agency or rights holder environment. The ability to multitask is essential as is an advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages.

Maintenance Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our dedicated Maintenance/Facilities team, based at both Craven Cottage and our Motspur Park Training Ground. This is an ideal opportunity to enhance or develop a career within the maintenance industry.

You will be assisting the team with a wide variety of tasks, such as pre-planned maintenance checks, carrying out basic repairs and general maintenance plus involvement in small maintenance projects and portering duties, whilst ensuring that all legal and health and safety requirements are met.

This is a full-time, permanent position, which will involve match-day work.

You will ideally have some experience in a maintenance or facilities role, plus excellent communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. Flexibility and a willingness to assist with ad hoc duties as required is essential.

Head of Community

We are seeking an exceptionally highly motivated and strategic thinking individual to lead our Community Sports Trust. You will be responsible for developing and delivering a best in class sustainable community programme.

Fulham’s Community programme is one of the largest in the country and harnesses the power of sport and engagement of Fulham FC to deliver positive sporting, social and educational programmes across London and Surrey boroughs.

You will be an accomplished people manager with strategic business acumen able to identify, analyse and implement solutions for the Trust. You will lead all operational aspects of the Trust to capitalise on business development and commercial opportunities.

You will be a first rate communicator with the resilience, flexibility and tenacity to work with a number of stakeholders including the Board of Trustees, the senior management team and funding partners. You will be an experienced negotiator with the ability to influence & persuade others.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in the general management of a small business or stand alone unit; will be educated to degree level or posses the equivalent management experience in sports along with the ability to manage multiple projects within tight budgets.

Publications Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Communications Team. Your role will be to work alongside the Publications Manager within the Communications and Marketing team on the day-to-day production of the Club’s 84-page matchday programme and quarterly magazine, FulTime, as well as working on additional output from the Communications and Marketing Department.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Input into the initiation of editorial ideas, concepts and content.
  • Conducting interviews and writing copy for FFC publications.
  • Subbing, proofing and correcting of copy and page layouts.
  • Liaising with contributors, proof readers and designers.
  • Ensuring publications are delivered to deadlines.

Candidates must have proven ability of writing compelling and original copy, as well as experience in magazine production. A wide knowledge of football is essential, as is the ability to research and source information. Candidates must have a flexible attitude to work tasks and strong interpersonal skills.

Video Analyst Assistant

We are seeking a competent individual to assist in the day to day running of the Match Analysis department.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Filming First Team training sessions as well as Reserve matches, home and away.
  • Creating a video library of training sessions, highlighting key aspects and patterns of play.
  • Being responsible for data entry and management of internal trend databases, including the ProZone trend library.
  • Assisting in the production of pre-match scouting videos and post-match player highlight videos.
  • Generating post-match documents using existing templates and models.

Candidates must have good knowledge of MS Office packages and have an exceptional eye for detail. Knowledge of football is essential to this role as well as a flexibility to travel with the teams as required.

Training Ground Chef

We are seeking an experienced Chef with exceptional interpersonal skills to join our Catering and Hospitality team at our Training Ground in Motspur Park. You will be responsible for food production, costing, ordering and stock control.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating exciting weekly menus which adhere to nutritional requirements for players, staff and guests.
  • Ensuring the highest standards are maintained in food production and food hygiene.
  • To place orders for food, chemical and disposable commodities, ensuring that stock levels are maintained. Receiving, checking and administering the appropriate deliveries on arrival.
  • To ensure that the kitchen & store areas are maintained to the highest levels of cleanliness, are tidy, well stocked and secure.
  • To utilise all working hours for the team effectively and within set budgets.
  • To ensure the compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation.

As a minimum you will have spent at least five years working as a qualified Chef and hold the NVQ 2 qualification. An understanding and respect for nutrition is essential as is the ability to deliver an exceptional food offering and best in class customer service.

A flexible attitude to work tasks and working hours is essential for this position.

FA level 2 Coaches

Fulham FC Community Sports Trust are currently recruiting for skilled, dedicated, enthusiastic and passionate people to work within the Community Sports Trust, in the borough of Merton. As a minimum you will need hold the FA Level 2 qualification and be keen to work within a wide and diverse programme. You will need to have experience of coaching sessions within the following areas:

The Fulham team is much bigger than 11 men on the pitch.
We are looking for immaculately presented outgoing people to join our matchday Catering team.

If you have at least six months experience within retail or hospitality in a commercial or private venue, can work weekends and evenings we want you to be a part of our match day catering team this season.
