Facilities Co-ordinator
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced administrator to provide comprehensive, professional administration support to the Facilities Manager / Operations Co-ordinator and all associated departments within this remit.
The role will involve:

Providing secretarial support, including taking and disseminating comprehensive meeting minutes, managing correspondence and responding/drafting replies as appropriate, word processing and maintaining diaries.

Providing administrative and investigative support, including managing office systems, obtaining and processing information, and preparing ad hoc reports.

Managing purchase orders, invoices, accruals, expenses, capital warrants, accounts for department. Ordering stationery for the department’s requirements.

Providing the first point of contact on behalf of the Operations team and the cleaning contractors.

Provide administrative controls on all contractor site inductions and control of contractors packages

Maintaining and developing the office database systems.
Applicants must have strong administration experience, preferably within a construction or sports industry environment. Shorthand and diary management skills are essential, as are first-class organisation and communication skills. We require applicants with a typing speed of at least 45 words per minute. Safety Officer
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Safety Officer to join our dedicated team. Primarily based at our Stadium you will be responsible for the control and leadership of the match-day event safety operation as well as non match-day events. You will provide advice and guidance to the Health & Safety team to ensure that a safe environment is provided for all who work and visit each of the Club’s sites.
You will be responsible for the development and communication of Safety policies and will assist the Health & Safety Manager with day to day business ensuring that all legislation applicable to Company Health & Safety and the Club’s safety certificate is complied with.
You will act as a representative of the Club in regular consultation with members of Fulham & Hammersmith police, London Fire Service, London Ambulance Service, and The Football Licensing Authority.
Working closely with the Staffing team you will ensure that you recruit, train, develop and motivate staff working within the match-day and event safety team, ensuring compliance with policies on spectator safety and health & safety.
This is a full-time, permanent position which will include working event and match-days.
Alongside proven experience in Safety, applicants must also possess the NVQ Level 4 in Safety Management and hold the spectator Safety Event and Match-day Safety Management certificate. IT Support Analyst
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join Fulham Football Club at our Surrey Training Ground.
You will be responsible for supporting the user community, server and network environment. The environment consists of physical and virtual servers located at our Stadium and our Training Ground. Assistance with on-going and planned projects will be required as well as technical documentation.
Experience in a similar role administering and supporting windows 2008 servers and AD management to a group policy level is required. Knowledge of Exchange 2007 is essential and any VM and SQL knowledge would be advantageous.
In addition to server expertise you will need to have experience with local and wide area networks, PC’s, MAC’s, Blackberry (handset and server) and iPhones.
General desktop support issues will also form part of this role therefore candidates will need to demonstrate the highest levels of service excellence.

Video and Content Manager
We are currently recruiting for a Video and Content Manager to work within our Press and Communications Department. Candidates applying for this role must have first class video production skills with preferably a background in (sport) journalism.
The Video and Content Manager’s primary role will be the collation, production and delivery of several videos and written news stories for the Club’s online platforms on a daily basis. All applicants must be action orientated individuals capable of producing pioneering content. Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude are essential for this role.
This role is based at the Club’s Training Ground in Surrey and all applicants must be flexible to the demands of a busy fixture calendar. Casual Restaurant Staff - Motspur Park
There are opportunities to join our Motspur Park Restaurant Team on a casual basis. You will need to be multi-skilled and flexible as the role and the hours can be very varied. Duties will include food preparation, serving/waiting on customers, cleaning, managing deliveries and stock rotation.
Candidates should be resilient, hard working and understand what it takes to provide excellent and discreet levels of service in an elite sporting environment. Restaurant experience would be an advantage but is not essential.

Match-day Opportunities
The Fulham team is much bigger than 11 men on the pitch.
We are seeking immaculately presented service driven individuals to join our match-day Team.
You will be committed to delivering service excellence, have a can-do attitude and be able to maintain the highest levels of professionalism.
To join our catering team you must have previous experience within a retail or hospitality environment in a commercial or private venue.
In addition, we are also seeking Safety Stewards to assist in the safe operation of the stadium before, during and after events. Primarily responsible for safety you will also deliver service excellence and uphold our Club Values. Full training will be provided however previous experience would be advantageous.

Matchday Retail Sales Assistant
We are looking for people with a bright, positive attitude who enjoy working with people in a very busy challenging whilst fun environment. Full training will be provided, however you will need excellent communication skills and previous customer service experience would be advantageous.
You will need to be available to work weekends throughout the football season.
