How to Book

Buying match tickets for Home games is easy.

You can do it one of the following ways:

Internet - log on to fulhamfc.com, click on ‘register’ at the top of the home page and enter your details. Then go in to the ‘Tickets’ menu to buy your tickets. There is a booking fee of £1.25 per ticket.

Phone - call the Ticket Hotline 0843 208 1234 which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will need a valid debit/credit card to book. There is a booking fee of £1.50 per ticket, plus a handling fee of £1.50 per transaction.

In Person - from the Ticket Office, Craven Cottage (see stadium address below). Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm and Saturday (non-matchdays), 10am - midday. There are no booking fees.

When to Book

Ticket information for Home games is generally posted online not later than 6 weeks prior to the date of the game. For away games it is often 3 – 4 weeks prior to the date of the game.

No tickets can be sold prior to the advertised periods of sale.

Often a General Sale date will also be included in the ticket information announcement. Any General Sale is carried out subject to availability after the Season Ticket Holders & Members periods of sale.

General Sale tickets are open to new visitors or any home or neutral supporters who do not have a current Season Ticket or Membership.

It is recommended that you book in advance, rather than purchasing tickets on the day of the game, as they often sell out.

Loyalty Points

What is the Loyalty Points Scheme?

The Loyalty Points scheme is a means of tracking supporters’ dedication to following Fulham to all their matches both home and away. Points are awarded to fans who attend matches both home and away.

How do I join?

All Fulham supporters who are registered as fans on the database have automatically joined the loyalty scheme. If you have been given a supporter number in the past this means your details have previously been captured. Season Ticket Holders and Members are always given first priority for tickets.

How will this benefit supporters?

When tickets go on sale for popular games where demand is likely to exceed supply supporters with the most loyalty points will be able to purchase tickets first. Therefore attending more matches home and away means greater chance to attend the games with a limited allocation.

What are points awarded for?

Every match purchased has a points value whether it is home or away, cup match or league.

How do I get awarded points?

Points will automatically be awarded when you make an advance ticket purchase and quote your client reference number. This could be a purchase at the ticket office, over the telephone, the web or by making a postal application. Points will not be awarded for tickets purchased at the turnstiles at Craven Cottage or any other venue. Remember points can only be awarded once, if you are making purchases for other people please ensure you quote their client reference numbers in order for them to be awarded their points.

Example 1

A Season Ticket Holder is booking 4 tickets for friends who are all Season Ticket Holders also. The purchaser books them online under his client reference and doesn’t allocate the other tickets via ‘Friends and Family’ function. Although each ticket is worth 5 points, (s)he will only be allocated 5 points for one tickets and none of his/her friends will get any points. In summary (s)he will receive only 5 points.

Example 2

A Season Ticket Holder is booking four match tickets with four different Season Ticket Holder Client Reference numbers. The match has been allocated 2 Loyalty Points.

Four tickets with four Client Reference numbers = 2 points per client reference number/supporter.

Example 3

A Member is booking two tickets for two different home fixtures on his own Client Reference number. The first match is worth seven points and second is worth three points.

Two tickets with one client reference number for two different fixtures = 10 points in total.

How will I know how many points I have?

Your cumulative points total is displayed in the ticket purchase area of fulhamfc.com after you have logged in, alongside your other details on the right hand side. By clicking on your loyalty points total you can view a full statement of the points you have been credited. Your Loyalty Points total will also be visible in any emails we may send to you.

As a Season Ticket Holder do I automatically get all loyalty points for all home matches?

As a Season Ticket Holder you will automatically receive all Loyalty Points for all Barclays Premier League Home matches. Please note you will not receive them up front but will receive them after each match is played. You will only receive points for home cup matches if you bought a ticket for the match under your client reference number and the match has been played.

When do the Loyalty Points get credited?

Loyalty Points will only be credited after the match is played.

How will I know how many points are required to attend a match?

The Ticket Office will decide in advance how many points are required to apply, not all matches will be subject to a minimum point level it will depend on the anticipated demand. Supporters need to be aware that there may still be times when although a fan will have the correct number of points his attempt to obtain a ticket will be unsuccessful, however his chances of success will be substantially increased. Minimum points required will be advertised with any fixture sale date information that will continue to be found by calling the Ticket Line and on the official website.

What if I want to attend a match with a group of friends for a match with a very limited allocation?

The Loyalty Points Scheme does not want to prevent fans attending matches together and remember not all fixtures that go on sale will require a minimum points total, however, supporters should note that if a friend or family member does not fulfil the points criteria they will have to wait in order to purchase their ticket. This could mean your seats may not be together.

Will I get points for tickets purchased on the turnstiles, either home or away?

Points will not be awarded for tickets purchased on a turnstile even if the ticket is produced as proof of purchase to the ticket office at a later date.

What happens if I need to cancel tickets?

Points will be deducted for tickets cancelled (including tickets re-sold through the viagogo our Official Ticket Marketplace) and points can only be awarded once for a particular match, no advantage is gained by booking multiple tickets for the same fixture. It has to be stressed the supporter needs to quote his unique client reference number in every transaction.

What if I forgot to allocate my ticket to my client reference number?

Unfortunately the ticket office cannot retrospectively assign points after the transaction is complete.

Do my ticketing loyalty points expire?

The points that fans accumulate will be valid for maximum period of 3 seasons. Eg. when season 2013/14 begins all of the 2010/11 points will be cleared.

Friends and Family

Friends and Family is a handy ticketing benefit that allows Season Ticket Holders or Members to link their account with those of other fans in their household, workplace, or with friends.

Linking accounts automatically consolidates the purchasing allowance for tickets. This means individual fans can purchase match tickets using the allocation for each account that is linked to their own.

Linking accounts is easy. Simply log on at fulhamfc.com and select ‘Friends and Family’ from the list of options on the main page. To link accounts with an existing Season Ticket Holder or Member, you will need to enter their Client Reference Number and Postcode:

You can also enter the details of any fans who are new to Fulham, but don’t yet have an account. Their personal details will be linked to your own record and they can then establish an account by logging in at a later date.

How to Book Tickets

Disabled match tickets (including those for wheelchair accessible areas) must be booked by contacting the Club’s Ticket Office, in person or by telephone on 0843 208 1234 – option 3.

Every member of our Ticket Office staff can assist with a booking, and Tracey Hubbard (who oversees this area) will be happy to provide detailed information and a more comprehensive service.

Please note that Disabled tickets (including match tickets) are not currently available to book online.

Please note that tickets cannot be reserved provisionally. Payment must be finalised at the point of booking.

The Club will endeavour to respond to email enquiries within 24 hours.

A friend, family member or Personal Assistant may contact the Club on your behalf to apply for tickets. Please note that they must have access to you Client Reference Number and registered home address in order to be able to do so.

Eligibility for Disabled Tickets – Home Fans

For the purposes of eligibility, the Club define a disabled person as anyone who has a physical or mental impairment which has a substantial and long-term adverse effect on their ability to carry out day-to-day activities.

The Club reserves the right to check a person’s eligibility, and will usually ask to see a copy of one of the following documents in support of a Season Ticket or individual match ticket application:

  • Confirmation of entitlement to Disability Living Allowance: medium or higher rate care component
  • Confirmation of entitlement to Disability Living Allowance: mobility component

For Personal Assistant application only:

  • Confirmation from your GP of a recognised disability that requires extra assistance

Submitting Documents

Documents can be scanned and emailed to disability@fulhamfc.com or posted to the Ticket Office.

Supporting documents only need to be submitted once, up until their date of expiry. The Club will note any expiry dates but will not hold copies of the documents on file. Any submissions will be shredded and disposed of safely. Please send copies only and not originals.

If you are unsure if you qualify for a disabled concession, or would like further information in advance of making an application, please contact Nicola Betts, our Disability Liaison Officer, who will be happy to discuss this with you in confidence. Our Ticket Office can also provide guidance on eligibility for this scheme.

 

Ticket Information

Written Information

Ticket information is generally released 6 – 8 weeks prior to the date of the match, and announced in the first instance at fulhamfc.com

You can sign up for ticket alerts by creating/logging into your personal Client Reference account. The Club will then contact you directly by automated email to confirm when on sale dates and prices have been confirmed for any forthcoming games.

The official match programme also contains ticket information which is correct at the time of going to press, which is generally 2 – 3 days prior to the date of that edition’s game.

Spoken Word

Ticket information is also made available aurally, and you can listen to the latest release details by calling the Ticket Hotline on 0843 208 1234.

The Ticket Office, Supporter Relations Department and Disability Liaison Officer will also be happy to provide up to date information on request. The contact details for each are listed at the top of this section.

Disabled Ticketing Policy

The Club has a system of concessionary ticket prices designed to assist supporters who have a registered disability without differentiating between differing conditions or impairments.

It recognises that some fans have a narrower choice of seating options and may not be able to attend a match without personal support.

Season Tickets

A 50% disabled concession is available for eligible supporters.

Match Tickets

A 50% disabled concession is available for eligible supporters. *

* The minimum price for any seat in the stadium is £5 (excluding complimentary tickets). The 50% concession does not apply to Grade C Junior match tickets.

Disabled concession prices are made available in all wheelchair accessible areas, the Club’s recommended areas for ambulant disabled supporters, and also any other seating blocks in which concessionary prices (ie: Junior / Senior tickets) also apply.

Personal Assistants

If a disabled supporter requires extra help on a matchday then a complimentary ticket can be obtained for a Personal Assistant. Please note that the Club may require written evidence to support this need before finalising a ticket sale.

The Club will always look to locate a Personal Assistant in the seat next to the supporter who requires their assistance.

Disabled Season Ticket Holders can apply for a complimentary Season Ticket access card for their Personal Assistant, which will secure the same seat for each Premier League Home game. Cup ties will also be included as standard if the Disabled Season Ticket Holder is enrolled in the Auto Cup tie scheme.

As a Personal Assistant is there primarily to provide support and care for the ticket holder, their own Season Ticket Access Card does not carry the full range of benefits (ie: Loyalty Points, priority ticket access) that are advertised on our website.

Junior Fans

Children under the age of 13 years are not permitted to attend matches at Craven Cottage unaccompanied. Personal Assistants who accompany junior fans who are under 13 years old will need to purchase a full priced ticket.

Car Parking

There is no stadium car park at Craven Cottage and as the ground is in a residential location the streets in the surrounding area cannot be accessed in the hours leading up to kick-off.

Pay and Display on-street parking is available in the streets adjacent to Fulham Palace Road and as a general rule spaces become easier to find as you move nearer to Charing Cross Hospital and Hammersmith.

As parking is extremely limited, where possible the Club recommend using public transport to travel to and from the stadium on matchdays.

We do understand that some supporters may not be able to use public transport options and so a number of parking spaces are available for Disabled supporters to book. These are located in the grounds of Fulham College Boys School on Kingwood Road. A wheelchair accessible shuttle bus links the car park with the stadium.

As parking spaces are limited, they must be arranged in advance, by contacting the Club’s Disability Liaison Officer. Spaces are finalised on a first-come, first-served basis to home or away supporters.

On occasion, spaces may also be available in Melcombe Primary School, just off Fulham Palace Road. These can also be booked directly through the Disability Liaison Officer. A shuttle bus links the school with the stadium but please note that the vehicle is not designed to be wheelchair accessible.

You must have a confirmed match ticket booking (or a Season Ticket) before booking a place at either parking location.

Public Transport

Where possible, we recommend using public transport to reach Craven Cottage on matchdays. You can find detailed information on public transport links in the 'Travelling to the Game' section of our FAQ guide.

The closest tube station to Craven Cottage is Putney Bridge on the District Line, which is a 15 minute walk (1.2 km) from the stadium.

Putney Bridge station does not have step-free access from street level to the platforms. It does have:

  • Ticket Halls
  • Gates
  • Cash Machines
  • Payphone
  • Waiting Room

It does not have:

  • Lift
  • Escalators
  • Toilets
  • Car Park
  • Help Points

If you intend to use Putney Bridge, we would always recommend planning ahead to ensure that the station and subsequent walk to the stadium will suit your needs.

Alternative tube stations

Hammersmith (District Line) station has been given an A rating by Transport for London. Accessible stations are graded A – C.

Stations with an ‘A’ rating have the smallest gap and are suitable for most customers, including wheelchair users.

Hammersmith Station

The red circle denotes a step between the train and platform of between 121 – 323mm.

‘A’ denotes a gap between the train and the platform of between 0 - 85mm

‘B’ denotes a gap between the train and the platform of between 86 – 180mm

Wheelchair accessible spaces: 31

Wheelchair accessible areas are located in 3 separate areas of the stadium. They are:

There are seats for personal assistants located next to or behind each wheelchair user’s space.

Each accessible area is undercover, although as they are located towards the front of the stand, these areas can become exposed to the elements on wet or windy days.

The areas in the Johnny Haynes Stand are located at the front of the stand, at pitch level in AL and 1 row from pitch level in KL. The Riverside Stand area is raised, and located at the level of the main walkway, 6 rows back from the front of the stand.

Away Fans

Ambulant Disabled Seating: Home Fans

The Club recommend Block KL of the Johnny Haynes Stand. This block of seats has easy access from Stevenage Road and is adjacent to an Accessible toilet. Step-free access can also be arranged (by contacting the Club in advance) through the Cottage Gate entrance.

The front 3 rows of the Block H1 in the Hammersmith Stand also offer step free access, with entry through the Hammersmith turnstiles. If you require extra space or assistance, it is possible to arrange in advance for access through the Security Entrance at Gate 50.

Ambulant Disabled Seating: Away Fans

20 seats with step-free access are allocated for the use of ambulant disabled supporters. They are:

Putney End

Block P7, Row L, Seats 149 – 169*

*Seats 165 – 169 are classified as having a Restricted View and tickets are discounted accordingly.

There are also seats in the away area which are accessible via only 2 seats. They are:

Away area tickets are sold directly through the visiting team. Please contact their Ticket Office directly for further information or assistance in making a booking.

 

Stadium Services

Accessible Toilets

There is an accessible toilet located close to each wheelchair accessible area. A RADAR key is required to gain entry. Please speak to the Disability Liaison Steward if you require any assistance accessing these facilities.

Assistance Dogs

Assistance Dogs are permitted inside the stadium, although the Club should always be notified in advance to ensure that full provision can be made to accommodate their visit and allow them to work in a safe and suitable environment.

It may be necessary for the Club to decide the most appropriate location for the supporter and their assistance dog to be located inside the stadium. Facilities such as a dog water bowl will be made available on the day of the game.

Audio Commentary

Radio headsets are available for loan to supporters with visual impairments to use. Headsets are provided free of charge, but must be reserved in advance on matchday and can be booked by contacting the Club’s Disability Liaison Officer.

Supporters (or their Personal Assistants) are required to give written consent agreeing to cover the cost of the headset if it is not returned after the game. Details of a credit or debit card should be given to reserve the headset under the terms of this agreement.

Headsets can be picked up from the Collection Booth on Stevenage Road. If you will have difficulty accessing the booth, please speak to our Disability Liaison Officer in advance to arrange for your headset to be delivered to your seat in the stadium.

Commentary is provided by Fulham stalwart ‘Gentleman’ Jim McGullion, and mirrors the regular service provided through the Club’s official website.

Catering

There are mobile and fixed catering units located around the stadium, mostly on the concourse area.

Each wheelchair accessible area offers a complimentary catering pre-order service, which is available 30 minutes before kick-off for pre-match and half-time delivery. When you arrive on matchday, please speak to the Disability Liaison Steward in your area of the stadium for further information or assistance in placing an order.

Disability Liaison Stewards

Our Disability Liaison Stewards provide a warm welcome and extra help and assistance for fans with tickets in wheelchair accessible areas of the stadium. A member of the team is located at each entrance (Gate 1, Gate 50 and Cottage Gate) to help with access, and a steward will be available throughout the game at each accessible area of the stadium.

Disability Liaison Stewards are easy identifiable, as unlike our other stewarding staff they wear green jackets or polo shirts.

Induction Loops

Induction loops are fitted at the Ticket Office, fixed concourse catering units and in the main reception at Craven Cottage.

Retail Outlets

The main stadium store is located in the Johnny Haynes Stand, with step-free access to the main level from outside the stadium on Stevenage Road.

There is no step-free access to the lower level of the store. A complimentary personal shopping service is provided to all disabled fans and shoppers. Please speak to any member of staff when you arrive for assistance.

Inside the stadium there is one mobile Retail Unit (which is accessible to wheelchair users) on the Riverside Terrace, opposite the Michael Jackson tribute. Ticket holders in the Hammersmith End and Riverside Stand can access this unit.

There is also a small Retail counter on the Johnny Haynes concourse, underneath Block A.

The Club store on Fulham Palace Road is accessible at street-level, but due to layout of the shop the lower and upper floors are inaccessible to wheelchair users. A personal shopping service is also available at this location.

Wheelchair Storage

Wheelchair storage facilities located in the Riverside and Putney First Aid rooms. These may be reserved in advance on a first come first served basis by contacting the Disability Liaison Officer.

They are intended to assist supporters who require the use of their own wheelchair to get to their seat but do not require a wheelchair space to watch the match. Both sites are stewarded at all times, however wheelchairs are stored at the owner’s own risk. 


Travelling to Away Games

The Club augments its Official coach travel service with an accessible minibus which operates on a complimentary basis, departing from Craven Cottage.

Departure times are usually the same as those advertised for the away coach from the Cottage.

The minibus is booked only when requests to use the service are received. Please contact our Disability Liaison Officer for further information, or to finalise a booking for a game. Please note that you must have a match ticket booked prior to securing a place onboard the minibus.

Community Activity

The Fulham FC Foundation currently delivers regular coaching sessions for disabled young people and adults across a range of sports. 

Along with regular coaching sessions in Kingston, Merton, Hammersmith and Fulham, and North Surrey the Foundation hold special events such as tournaments, visits and holiday courses. 

The Foundation currently works with the following impairment groups on a regular basis: Learning Difficulties, physical impairments, Deaf/Hearing Impaired, Downs Syndrome, Autism and adults with mental health issues.

A. We can accommodate individuals, small groups or large parties. A Stadium Tour takes a maximum of 30 persons, so for larger numbers we would need to split your group into different tours - please bear this in mind when planning a trip. Q. Is there anywhere to leave luggage or bags?
A. Unfortunately due to security measures we are unable to accept suitcases or other large items into Craven Cottage. There is nowhere to store these items within the Club premises. Q. Is there anywhere for us to eat within Craven Cottage?
A. Tour Guests are invited to enjoy the delights of Cafe at the Cottage, prior to their tour for breakfast or just a coffee or tea then enjoy lunch following the conclusion of their Stadium Tour. Food and drink is not permitted on the tour. ^back to FAQs

Q. Are Stadium Tour tickets transferable?
A. Tickets are non-transferable and should not be sold on. If we suspect that a ticket has been sold on, we will not accept it. Should you be unable to attend your Stadium Tour, please contact us on 0843 208 1234 (Option 4) to re-schedule, or obtain a refund. Please note that no refunds can be offered if your booking is cancelled within 48-hours. ^back to FAQs

Q. How long will the tour last?

Q. I am disabled, will I be able to go on a Stadium Tour?
A. Craven Cottage has disabled facilities but not all levels encountered on the tour are accessible. Please contact us when booking to discuss accessibility so we can make arrangements to ensure you see as much of Craven Cottage as possible. ^back to FAQs

Q. Am I able to take young children on the Stadium Tour?
A. Yes! However, we must ask that you keep all children under close supervision at all times, during the tour it is very hard to facilitate baby-changing or feeding. Under 5s have free entry for the Stadium Tour only. ^back to FAQs

Q. How can I book a Stadium Tour?
A. You can book your Cottage Tour or Tour & Sunday Lunch online, over the phone on 0843 208 1234 (Option 4, open 9am-5pm Mon to Fri) or in person at the Craven Cottage Reception or Ticket Office. All other tour products are only available by phone, email or in person. ^back to FAQs
