Collecting Tickets

Where can I collect pre-booked tickets?

Tickets that are being held for collection can be picked up at the mobile collection units located just outside the main Ticket Office on Stevenage Rd

The mobile units open approximately 2 hours prior to kick off and remain open right up until the match begins. There are usually 2 units in operation, with tickets held in alphabetical order between these two locations. Look out for signage on the front of the mobile units to ensure you are queuing at the correct collection point.

If you receive an email confirmation of your booking it is useful to print a copy and bring it with you when calling to collect your tickets. Alternatively please ensure that you bring a note of your Booking Reference Number.

You may also be asked to show proof of identification, or to confirm the name and postal address linked to the booking.

If you are calling to collect your tickets before the mobile units are open then please report directly to the adjacent Ticket Office.

If you have any problems with your order, or if the tickets are not at the collection point, then please report to the Ticket Office for further assistance.

The Ticket Office remains open until half-time.

Left Luggage

Are there any Left Luggage facilities?

There is a free Left Luggage facility located at Bridge Academy on Finlay Street. This is designed to allow supporters to leave larger items (eg: suitcases, pushchairs or rucksacks) or any items that are forbidden under the Ground Regulations (eg: crash helmets, musical instruments)

The facility is staffed at all times, but supporters do leave items at their own risk. When you deposit the item you will be given a ticket. This can then be used to reclaim your item again after you have exited the stadium at full-time.

If you prefer to store your item(s) before travelling to Craven Cottage, then there are a number of storage options available in central London.

You can pay to store items at Left Luggage facilities in several mainline railway stations, including Charing Cross, Euston, Kings Cross, Liverpool Street, Paddington, St. Pancras Victoria and Waterloo.

Ticket Office

Is the Ticket Office open on a matchday?

Yes.

The Ticket Office is always open on the day of a Home game. In general terms the opening times are as follows:

Saturday / Sunday 3:00pm kick-off or earlier 9:30am
Saturday / Sunday 5:00pm kick-off or later 11:30am
Midweek All kick-off times 9am

The Ticket Office remains open until the end of the first-half. On occasion the Ticket Office will reopen after the match has ended, but usually it remains closed.

You can call the Ticket Office until 2 hours prior to kick-off on 0843 208 1234 (option 3).

You can visit the Ticket Office in person to purchase tickets, upgrade Season Ticket seats, collect match tickets (prior to the mobile Collection Units opening), or for assistance with any ticket or Access Card related problems or queries.

To help prioritise matchday queries, in the final hour before kick-off the Ticket Office staff will only handle problems or questions relating to that days game.

An Information Steward is placed at the head of the Ticket Office queue to assist with queries and to advise if you are able to join the line for assistance with your particular question or ticketing issue.

Subject to availability match tickets will sometimes be available for that days’ game. On occasion cash turnstiles will be in operation at selected areas of the stadium. If you haven’t booked a seat in advance, it is always best to check in the first instance with a Steward before queuing at the Ticket Office.
