February 1891 Fulham played at the Half Moon pub ground in Putney, shared with London Wasps Rugby Club.

Fulham Claims West London Observer Cup

March 1891 The Observer (now known as the Fulham Gazette) had launched the West London Observer Cup, a knockout competition to encourage the area's football teams who didn't have a league to play in. Fulham won the 1891 edition as Billy Mugford scored a hat-trick in a 5-3 win over local rivals Stanley in a replay.
