I have never been to Craven Cottage before, how do I get to the ground?

Getting to the Craven Cottage couldn't be easier.

We recommend visitors to the Cottage travel by public transport due to parking restrictions around the area.

By London Underground
Take the District Line to Putney Bridge or the Hammersmith and City, Piccadilly or District Lines to Hammersmith followed by a short leisurely walk or bus journey to Fulham Palace Road.

Overland Train
To Putney Station followed by a leisurely walk or bus ride to Fulham Palace Road. 

On the Bus
From Putney Bridge/Putney Station – Catch the 74, 220 or 430 bus to Fulham Palace Road.
From Hammersmith – Catch the 190, 211, 220 or 295 to Fulham Palace Road.

How do I enter the ground?

Entrance to the ground can be accessed via Craven Cottage Reception, which is located along the front of the Johnny Haynes Stand on Stevenage Road.

Once you have passed through the doors, one of our hosts or hostesses will escort you to the location of your package.

What time should I arrive?

Guests are able to arrive at the Stadium two and a half hours prior to kick-off.

Where do I collect my tickets from?

Collecting tickets is no problem, simply report to Craven Cottage Reception, located along the front of the Johnny Haynes Stand on Stevenage Road, and one of our members of staff will be happy to help you.

Where is my package situated?

The map below illustrates the location of each of the Executive Suites, Restaurants and Lounges around the Ground.

What does my day at Fulham typically look like?

Two and a half hours prior to kick-off
All Hospitality areas will open; guests may arrive via Craven Cottage Reception on Stevenage Road. Guests will be served their menu*, and receive a complimentary matchday programme and team sheet before the game.

Sit back and enjoy the game.

Refreshments will be served*.

Food and drinks will be served*.

45 minutes-one hour after the final whistle
The bar and Hospitality areas will close.

*If included as part of your Hospitality Package.

What can I wear?

The dress code in the Hospitality areas at Fulham is smart casual. You may wear smart denim.

Your Hospitality package may involve your seats being located in home areas of the ground.

Any person sitting in a home area of the ground, who is identified by their dress as being an away fan, or who is behaving in a provocative manner so as to incite the home fans, will be ejected from the stadium.

Where will I be seated?

Where you will be situated in the ground will depend on your choice of package. 

Executive Suite purchasers will be based in one of three corners of the ground, and will watch the match from balcony seats.

Seasons Wine Lounge, Chairman's Club, George Cohen Lounge, Haynes Lounge, and McBride's purchasers will all take their seats in Block V which is in the Riverside Stand where the lounges are; Directors' Area Seating, located on the half-way line of the same Riverside Stand, directly behind the team dugouts.

What is Directors' Area Seating?

Directors' Area Seating is based in Block V of Craven Cottage.

I am an away supporter, can I purchase a Hospitality Package?

Yes, all supporters are welcome at Craven Cottage.

However please note that your Hospitality package may involve your seats being located in home areas of the ground. As a result, please ensure that your dress and behaviour towards home supporters is appropriate.

Any person sitting in a home area of the ground, who fails to comply with this or incites home supporters, will be ejected from the stadium.

I am a current Season Ticket Holder, can I upgrade to Hospitality?

Yes, either Seasonally - subject to availability - or on a per game basis.
