Davis appeared for Fulham in all four divisions, the highlight of which was arguably helping the Whites into the Premier League – having scored some very important goals as the Team ran away with the Division One title in 2001. During his time at the Cottage he was a regular for England Under-21s and was even called up to the full squad in February 2003.

He also helped Fulham to the FA Cup Semi-Final in 2002 and into the UEFA Cup via the Intertoto Cup. He joined Tottenham Hotspur in July 2004 for £3.5m, before spending time at Portsmouth, Bolton Wanderers and Bristol City (on loan) prior to his retirement last year.
