Abdeslam Ouaddou could well figure in the first-team squad to face Newcastle on Saturday - if he comes through tonight's reserve game against West Ham.
Ouaddou, out for a month after suffering an eye injury in training, is expected to line up against The Hammers at Woking FC in a bid to prove his fitness.
The defender has already played two games since returning to training and this will be final proof that he is fully fit to return to competitive senior match action.
Tonight's game kicks off at 7pm and Ouaddou is expected to partner Zat Knight in a strong defence for the home side.
