Triple blow for Bazza

Wednesday 10 April 2002

Barry Hayles has been handed a three-match ban by the FA after his involvement in an incident with West Ham defender Hayden Foxe in Fulham's 2-0 victory at Upton Park last November.

Hayles' ban will take effect from 29th April; therefore he will be free to take part in Sunday's FA Cup semi-final against Chelsea at Villa Park and all Premiership matches up to, and including, the last home match of the season against Leicester City.

The Club has until the 29th of April to lodge a possible appeal to the FA.
