National Women's Coach Hope Powell has selected her squad for the 2003 FIFA Women's World Cup qualifier against Portugal later this month. The squad sees Fulham defender Mary Phillip recalled to the international scene after a long break and her midfield club-mate Rachel McArthur has retained her place after impressing on the week-long winter training camp in La Manga last month.

Arsenal and Fulham, last season's FA cup finalists, are joint favourites to win the competition this season, following Arsenal's 3 - 0 win against Leeds and Fulham's crusing win 0 - 11 win over Coventry at the weekend.

Fulham now play Everton on Sunday 10th February away at Marine AFC, Rossett Park, College Road, Crosby, Liverpool. Kick off 12.30 pm. The remaining three quarter-finals will be played on February 17th - Tranmere Rovers or Wolves v Southampton Saints or Oldham Curzon, Garswood Saints or Enfield v Charlton Athletic, Barry Town or Doncaster Belles v Arsenal.
