Hayles hearing postponed

Fulham Football Club today announced that the hearing scheduled for Tuesday 26 February 2002 regarding an incident between its player Barry Hayles and West Ham's Hayden Foxe has been postponed by The Football Association.
The incident that took place at Upton Park on Saturday 3 November 2002 has been reviewed by Barry Hayles who subsequently decided to change his original plea to that of guilty with mitigating circumstances.
The Club awaits the outcome of the decision from The Football Association regarding a re-scheduled date or the appropriate course of action.
