Stolcers eye's Cup role

Andrejs Stolcers hopes to provide the answer for Fulham's injury-hit attack for Saturday's FA Cup clash at York, as he lines up for the reserves.

Stolcers is expected to play for the reserves against Ipswich at Woking this evening and his performance will be watched closely.

With Barry Hayles suspended and both Louis Saha and Luis Boa Morte struggling with injuries, Stolcers could be Fulham's only choice to partner Steve Marlet on Saturday.

The only other strikers at the club are young Luke Cornwall, Kevin Betsy and Calum Willock. All three are hoping to make it onto the bench against York if they impress manager Jean Tigana tonight. The match kicks off at 7pm.
