French star Alain Goma has tipped midfielder Sean Davis to make his mark on the Premiership next season.
Davis was rewarded for a solid debut Premiership season with selection for the England Under-21 side that competed in the European Championships in Switzerland last month.
England failed to progress to the semi-finals, but Davis gained vital experience against quality European opposition.
And Goma believes his Fulham team-mate will become a better player for it and prove he is one of the best young midfielders in the country from August 17.
Goma said: "He's important for a team because of his ability to chase and recover the ball which makes him ideal to sit if front of the defence.
"He can read the game very quickly and his vision is excellent. He has two good feet and he can swap very quickly which is important for the final passes into space for the strikers."
