Nothing but praise

Fulham CEO Bruce Langham spoke of his delight on Monday morning after seeing his side collect six Premiership points in just four days.

The Whites came back from the brink of defeat last week against Tottenham and continued their winning streak at Sunderland on Saturday.

"It's fair to say that it's been a good week for everyone involved with the Football Club.

"Jean has the team playing some exciting stuff, we're scoring goals and of course we're all delighted with that.

"Now we undertake a different type of adventure in the UEFA Cup on Thursday and it goes without saying that we're all looking ahead to our big derby match against Chelsea as well. It's an exciting time to be a Fulham fan."

He continued:

"If we can carry the form displayed against Tottenham and Sunderland into the next couple of games who knows what we might be able to achieve.

Langham also reserved high praise for the Club's supporters who he says have been magnificent since their move to Loftus Road saying:

"Our supporters have a very important role to play. They know that.

"Their support has been magnificent since our move to Loftus Road and the volume of their support has surprised us all, not least the players.

"I heard someone knocking the size of our travelling support at Sunderland on Saturday, but I won't have any of that.

"It's a very long way from home and my guess is that most of those that would normally have been at the Stadium of Light could well be on their way to Croatia later in the week.

"It's most important that the fans continue to believe. We have some important games coming up and I know that everyone, the Manager and the Players want them to turn up the volume even further. Loftus Road can become our fortress, I have no doubt about that."
