Injury Latest

Mark Pembridge has had a follow up scan on his calf which has shown substantial improvement. We're waiting for the final go ahead from our consultants before we can start pushing on again. Hope fully we will be able to start increasing the strength and endurance in the muscle although Mark is still a number of weeks away from returning to full training.

Dean Leacock is making steady progress after sustaining an injury to the medial ligament in his knee. He did suffer some other complications relating to the injury which slowed his progress but we are hoping for improvement over the next two weeks so that we can advance his rehabilitation.

Elvis Hammond recently underwent surgery to remove a small piece of bone which pulled away from his kneecap. He has made good progress and will be looking to return to training with the next 7-10 days. He will be available for selection once he has had a good amount of training under his belt.

Jerome Bonnissel is undergoing further investigations for an ankle irritation. He has a history of ankle problems but this injury appears to be a minor problem.

Sean Davis sustained a hamstring strain during the match against Chelsea. He has recovered well and he is now available for selection pending a late fitness test.
