Fulham Football Club can confirm that Jonathan Greening has joined Nottingham Forest on a permanent basis.
Greening joined the Whites from West Brom in the summer of 2009. During his first season at Fulham he enjoyed a successful partnership with Chris Baird in central midfield but faced fierce competition for a place in the middle of the park. However he certainly played his part in the Club's journey to the Final of the UEFA Europa League Final.
Last season Greening has featured more regularly in the Barclays Premier League and was a stand out performer in Fulham's matches against Tottenham Hotspur and Wigan at the Cottage in October.
For much of the second half of the 2010/11 season, Greening's appearances were few and far between, but he returned to the starting eleven at the end of the campaign against Birmingham and Arsenal, setting up goals in both games to compliment two outstanding performances.
The Club would like to thank Jonathan for his services and wishes him all the best in the future.
