Fulham youngster Marcus Bettinelli made his debut for non-League Dartford in a 2-0 defeat at Macclesfield Town on Saturday.

The 20-year-old goalkeeper joined the Darts on a month-long loan last week and was thrown straight in for his first start in the Blue Square Bet Premier clash at Moss Ross.

The Silkmen went ahead before the break when Dartford defender Tom Champion headed into his own net.

And they wrapped up the victory when Mark Arber was punished for handball and Charlie Henry slotted in the resulting penalty.
