Fulham Football Club is pleased to announce that our fixture against Reading on Saturday 4th May (3pm) is our Official Charity Match for the 2012/13 season. (Tickets are still available to buy on General Sale).

Shooting Star CHASE is the Club’s Official Charity Partner for this campaign and fans can participate in a number of different activities that we will be holding on the day.

In the run up to the match, the Club invited Macauley Rogers from Shooting Star CHASE down to the Motspur Park Training Ground to catch up and interview a few of the First Team Squad.

Shooting Star CHASE is a children’s hospice service, supporting local families with a child or teenager not expected to reach their 19th birthday, who currently help over 600 families living in western London, Surrey and West Sussex.

They aim to make every day count for children and teenagers with life-limiting conditions, and their families.

They are there for every step of the journey, sharing the good times and helping them through the tough times with practical, nursing and emotional support.

Their services are available 365 days a year, and families receive their support free of charge, in their own homes and communities and at our two children’s hospices, Shooting Star House in Hampton and Christopher’s in Guildford.

With no guaranteed Government funding they must raise £23,000 a day to provide all these vital services.
