The Fulham FC Foundation has joined forces with viagogo, the world’s largest marketplace, to offer Fulham fans a first-class experience at Craven Cottage whilst raising money to help local communities.
The new partnership will give Fulham fans the opportunity to bid on viagogo's website for two tickets to watch the Whites take on Manchester United on Saturday 2nd of February 2013. The winning bidder will also receive a personalised tour ahead of the game and a signed match shirt presented at the end of the fixture.
All proceeds raised by the auction will go towards supporting the Foundation's ground-breaking work using the power of football to build better lives through sport.
Fulham FC Captain Brede Hangeland said:"I’m sure that all Fulham fans will be eager to get their hands on the prize offered by the Club and viagogo. The winning bidder will not only be able to see their team take on Manchester United at the Cottage, but funds raised will help the Foundation continue to deliver excellent programmes locally. I’ve seen the fantastic work carried out by the Foundation in the community for myself when I visited a football session at a local school last month. I, and all of the players, are always happy to support these worthwhile initiatives.”
viagogo spokesperson Ed Parkinson said: "We're delighted to have partnered with the Fulham FC Foundation and to be able to offer our expertise and our platform in aid of such a worthy cause."
