Charity Cycle Ride

Tuesday 1 April 2014 09:00

On 4th and 5th April, a team of staff from Fulham FC will take part in a charity cycle from the Club's Motspur Park Training Ground to Villa Park, ahead of the Barclays Premier League clash between Aston Villa and the Whites.

The 134-mile trip will be completed in a day and a half to raise funds for the Club's Official Charity Partner, Shooting Star CHASE, as well as the Fulham FC Foundation.

Fulham Manager Felix Magath was keen to show his support ahead of the upcoming challenge, stating: “As some fans may know, I’m a keen cyclist so when I heard about the Fulham Cycle Challenge I was fully behind the idea.

“All money raised will go to the Fulham Foundation and Shooting Star CHASE, so it’s for two excellent causes.

“Everyone at the Club is right behind our team of cyclists and any donations will, of course, be much appreciated. Hopefully they’ll be rewarded with a Fulham win at the end of their ride!”

Fans looking to support the charity ride can do so by donating here.

Many thanks to Sigma Sport - the UK's leading cycling and triathlon retailer - for providing kit for the ride.
