U18s Fixture Switch

Due to waterlogged pitches at Motspur Park, the Under-18s fixture with Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday will now be played away from home.

The match will now take place at the Tottenham Hotspur Training Centre, Hotspur Way, Whitewebbs Lane, Enfield, EN2 9AP, at 11am.

Steve Wigley’s side knocked Spurs out of the Fourth Round of the FA Youth Cup last week, with Patrick Roberts claiming a hat-trick in the 3-2 win in Dagenham.

Unbeaten in the last six fixtures, the Whites recorded a 2-1 victory over Leicester City at home last weekend with Liam Donnelly and George Williams scoring the goals.

Fulham remain at the top of the Barclays U18 Premier League table with 42 points, opponents Tottenham currently reside in second place – three points behind, but with a game in hand.

Goals from Cy Goddard, Emmanuel Sonupe and Anthony Georgiou handed Spurs a 3-1 win against Norwich City last Saturday. Like the Whites, John McDermott’s side have found the back of the net on a regular basis this term, with 47 goals in 17 matches.

Fulham top the scoring charts, though, with 53 goals in 19 fixtures.
