Thursday 12 March 2015 17:30

The Club is delighted to confirm the signing of Michael Turner on loan from Norwich City for the remainder of the 2014/15 season.

The centre-back has featured in 24 matches for the Canaries this term, and has made more than 400 appearances across a career that’s seen him take in spells at Brentford, Hull City and Sunderland.

He was a key member of the Hull squad that won promotion from the Championship via the Play-Offs in 2008.

Turner would be eligible to make his debut against Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday. He has been assigned the number 18 shirt.

Speaking from the Club's Motspur Park Training Ground, Turner said: "I’m very pleased to have the deal done. As soon as I learned of Fulham’s interest I wanted to come here straight away. I just want to come in and try and make a big influence on the team."
