Cauley Woodrow’s bullet strike at Leyton Orient has won Fulham’s Goal of the Season competition.
The striker’s venomous effort saw off competition from Player of the Season Tom Cairney, who took both second and third place, with 44.9 per cent of the fan vote.
The Whites were 1-0 up at Brisbane Road in the First Round of the EFL Cup way back in August when Tayo Edun won a free-kick a good 35 yards from goal.
Scott Parker then nudged the set-piece square to Woodrow, who lashed a phenomenal strike through a raft of bodies and inside the far post to double the lead.
The power and precision executed by Woodrow was exceptional, as he controlled his shot to laser it into the exact spot he was aiming for, much to the delight of the travelling fans at the other end of the pitch.
