Fulham will officially become a Premier League club once again today, Thursday 7th June, when the Premier League’s Annual General Meeting convenes.
Every top flight side is given a share certificate, and relegated sides Swansea City, Stoke City and West Bromwich Albion will transfer their ones back. The Premier League Board of Directors will then confirm the cancellation of these shares.
A new share certificate for ourselves, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Cardiff City will be signed by the directors and company secretary, and we will all be entered into the share register, as required by company law.
Fulham’s confirmation as a Premier League club will then come at the AGM where we will be awarded our framed share certificate.
Today also marks the changing of the Premier League season from 2017/18 to 2018/19, one week prior to the release of the new fixture list.
