Watford head coach Javi Gracia knows what to expect from Fulham on Saturday, having gone up against Slaviša Jokanović when the pair were both players in La Liga.

“I know Jokanović from Spain,” he said in his pre-match press conference. “I played against him some times and he was a very good player.

“This is his first season in the Premier League and they have a well-organised team. We know what we have to do and we try to surprise them. I am confident we can get a good result and get the three points.

“Fulham are playing really well. I know it will be a tough game but we are going to compete. The team are keeping a high level, and I think we are competing well. We are looking forward to the next game and we must keep our level.

“They are a team who like the possession, with a style of play where they are organised. We are ready for this game and we will see what happens.

“They are a well-organised team. They try to play a passing game and they always have more possession than other teams. They have an average of 54, 55 per cent and we have to be ready to defend well when we don't have the possession.

“Mitrović is scoring the goals but, me for Fulham, is not just Mitrović. There are many good players around him that help him to do his work. We have analysed Fulham this week and we try to do our best.”
