Claudio Ranieri will have Cyrus Christie and André Schürrle back available for Saturday’s visit of Manchester United.
Christie was withdrawn in the second half of our loss at Crystal Palace, a match Schürrle missed out on altogether, but the pair are in contention for the weekend, along with André-Frank Zambo Anguissa who could make the bench.
“I think we are all available,” Ranieri said in his pre-match press conference. “Just Bettinelli [injured] and of course Fosu-Mensah [ineligible].
“The others; Marković is getting better with his fitness, and also Nordtveit is getting better.”
Asked whether those two new signings could feature against United, Ranieri replied: “From the beginning, no.
“Nordtveit, I think the next game he could be ready. Yesterday they trained with us, and today they trained with us, but I want to wait a little more.”
