Everyone at Fulham was deeply saddened to learn of the passing of our colleague and friend Zara Harrison (née Barka) on Thursday this week.

Zara worked in the Club’s commercial department as Head of Experience & Venue Events, and was a major contributing factor behind the many off-the-field successes Fulham has enjoyed over the years.

These included the organisation and event management of many high profile international fixtures at Craven Cottage, in addition to her day-to-day responsibilities in supporting the Club.

Zara worked for the Whites since February 2005, and took great joy in watching from the stands at Wembley last May as the Club won promotion back to the Premier League.

A very popular figure around Craven Cottage and the training ground, Zara was known for her fantastic work ethic, dedication, sense of humour and wit, and will be missed dearly by everyone who knew her.

Our thoughts are now with her husband Mark and young son Oska, and the rest of Zara’s family and friends, at this very sad time.
