Capable of operating on either flank or in the middle, underneath the tricks and flicks, Lyle Della Verde is also fiercely competitive.
Released by Tottenham Hotspur at the age of 12, Della Verde shone at subsequent club Southend United, where at one point, he made the first-team bench. The youngster is now hoping to make a similar impact at Craven Cottage, and while still raw, there is no doubting his potential.
After injury disrupted his progress in the 2012/13 season, he made 18 appearances in all competitions for Fulham's Under-21s in the 2013/14 campaign.
In the summer of 2014, Della Verde signed a one-year extension to his contract, with the option of a further year, potentially keeping him at the Club until 2016.
