Noe Baba is a combative player who has versatility on his side, having played at centre-back, full-back and in central midfield in the past.
Born in Cameroon, he excelled for the Republic of Ireland U19s in their UEFA Championship preliminary qualification tournament where they beat Luxembourg and Romania, and drew with Germany.
He also became the first African-born player to captain a Republic of Ireland age group when he led the Under-17s.
Noe's signature was highly sought after by clubs in England - including Manchester United - and so everyone at Fulham was delighted with his decision to join our Academy.
Suffering an injury not long after joining Fulham but battled back to make 25 league appearances for the Club's Under-18s in the 2013/14 season.
