We are recruiting for a highly motivated professional Chef to join our Restaurant Team based at our Training Grounds in New Malden. A key element of this role will be creating nutritionally balanced food within club guidelines and on budget.
You will work closely with the Head Chef offering new ideas and ensure the highest standards are maintained in food preparation, food production and hygiene. You will be required to undertake all roles within the Kitchen and Restaurant area including cleaning and front of house duties when necessary.
You will be a confident communicator with the ability to converse with people at all levels in a professional and polite manner and be able to work effectively as part of a team. As a minimum you will hold the NVQ level 2 Diploma in Food Production and Cooking.
This role will require the person to work Monday to Friday 4 – 8pm and an additional 4 hours on Saturday’s.
