Customer Service Manager

Marathonbet’s team of Customer Service Executives help deliver world-class sporting events by providing exceptional service at each and every match. They need a winning team to act as brand ambassadors and assist in processing bets in specially designed betting kiosks as well as in the impressive VIP suites.

You will be working as part of a fun, supportive and dedicated team to cover all the matches. Your duties will include:

  • Working closely with the Matchday Customer Service Supervisors and the In-stadia Manager to ensure all betting kiosks run smoothly
  • Promoting the matchday betting service
  • Raising awareness of the special promotions
  • Answering customer queries and dealing with customer issues and complaints;
  • Processing bets before the match kick off
  • Handling cash
  • Maintaining records of all bets taken and ensuring that all bets are reconciled

  • Over 18

Previous experience in Customer Service and Betting roles is required. Training will be provided to successful candidates.

*On match days your shift will last for three hours, or longer if required.

You need to be available to work on the following dates: 16th August, 20th August, 20th September, 1st October, 18th October, 25th October, 5th November, 8th November, 6th December, 20th December, 29th December, 17th January, 24th January, 7th February, 14th February, 28th February, 7th March, 18th March, 3rd April, 10th April, 15th April, 25th April. Additional days may be required.

Salary: £12.50/hour for the first three games, increasing to £14.50 for all subsequent games.
