Female Football Development Officer

(Part-time, 32 hours per week)

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join Fulham FC Foundation in the role of Female Football Development Officer.

Working as part of the Football Development and Education Team, the successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of overseeing and managing our Female Football Pathway at the Foundation. This will include our Premier League Girls programme, Wildcats and Girls Development Centre.

Our ideal candidate will possess prior experience of managing programmes which focus on participation in sport and be able to demonstrate the ability to engage and inspire female participants.  You will be professional in your approach and ready to act as a positive role model. Whilst based in the Football Development and Education team the candidate will be open to supporting the team and wider Foundation in achieving its aim to Build Better Lives Through Sport.

In addition to the qualities listed above, candidates should have the following:

        Minimum FA Level 2 in Coaching Football

        FA Safeguarding Certificate (completed in the last 3 years)

        FA Level 1 Introduction to First Aid in Football certificate (completed in the last 3 years)

        FA Licenced Coaches Membership
