An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Analyst to provide technical and operational support for all of the LAN services/equipment throughout our Premier League Football Club. You will act as the first point of call for investigation and resolution of assigned calls to the IT support desk.
You must have previous work experience and practical working knowledge of Windows Server 2008, Windows XP & 7, MS Exchange Administration, MS Office 2007, PC hardware and peripheral installation & configuration. Experience of working command lines and Windows networking, server hardware and backup technologies are also essential.
