We are seeking experienced customer service professionals to join our friendly Supporter Centre team. The role will involve processing ticket bookings, dealing with enquiries from personal callers to our Supporter Centre and providing service excellence to all our fans and supporters.
Based within the main Supporter Centre at Craven Cottage, this is a part-time position that involves working home matchdays.
Whilst matchdays predominantly fall on weekends, mid-week evenings are also required on occasion. A typical matchday will involve a 6 hour shift.
You must have a proven track record of providing excellence in customer service and resolving customer queries constructively and professionally. Exceptional communication and organisational skills are essential.
