Fulham FC 2019/20 SEASON TICKET

Frequently Asked Questions

SEASON TICKET HOLDERS AFFECTED BY TRANSITION WORKS / MOVING TO A NEW LOCATION

1. How do I find out the location of my Season Ticket seat?

We value your continued support and for the period of construction at Craven Cottage have allocated you the best seat available in either the Putney or Hammersmith End.

You can find your allocated seat in your renewal pack, posted to you, or by logging in to your online account at eticketing.co.uk/fulhamfc

2. How was I allocated my seat?

With the overall capacity reducing at Craven Cottage next season, the Club’s priority is to provide all existing Season Ticket Holders a seat to renew, all the while minimising movement among the entire supporter base.

First, wheelchair and carer seats were reassigned, before all other seats were allocated for supporters. Relocations were split across the best available seats in the Putney End and Hammersmith End, and based on existing seat positions and environments, ensuring families and friends remain together, where possible. Finally, those with existing aisle or restricted view seats were relocated.

The seat you have been allocated has been chosen for you based on the number of seats you have purchased and your existing location.

3. Will there be an opportunity to view my new seat before purchasing?

Yes. Visit fulhamfc.com/seasontickets and enter your allocated seat location, where you will be able to experience a 360° view from this seat.

4. How long do I have to purchase my allocated seat?

The deadline for renewing your Season Ticket is 5pm on Friday 21st June. Thereafter, seats will be released and you will unfortunately no longer be guaranteed a seat for next season.

5. I wish to look at alternative seats to purchase rather than the seat offered. What are my options?

The demolition of the Riverside Stand will put a significant strain on seats and tickets for next season. Losing the Riverside Stand means that capacity will reduce by 5,000 seats and the Club needs to relocate existing Season Tickets Holders from the Riverside Stand to other parts of the ground.

As such, we are unable to offer any seat move period at this stage, as we have done in the past, and may only be able to accommodate changes via special circumstances. Please email tickets@fulhamfc.com for any medical or related enquiries.

6. I’m no longer seated among my friends. What are our options to sit together?

Based on the information we had on file, we kept those with common purchasers together and attempted to keep groups of people sitting in similar locations near each other in the new locations. However, given the differences in the shape of the stands, this wasn’t entirely possible and we apologise if you have been split from friends.

Although we cannot guarantee to re-unite you, please contact the Fulham Ticket Office by phone on 0203 871 0810 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) and we will do our best to consider any options.

7. I require special assistance. What are my options?

Please contact the Fulham Ticket Office by phone on 0203 871 0810 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm).

8. I am currently sat in Blocks H7 & H8 of the Hammersmith End and being asked to move seats – why?

As a result of the riverside development, capacity at Craven Cottage over the next two seasons will be reduced. Other areas of the ground will also be affected by construction, and this includes Block H8 and a small area of Block H7. Supporters with seats no longer available in these areas have been allocated a new seat and contacted directly.

9. I am sat in Blocks H1 & H2 of the Hammersmith End but have not been allocated a new seat. When will I be contacted?

In addition to the Riverside Stand development, areas of the ground will be undertaking accessibility works to create substantial improvements for supporters, as we strive to continue to ensure that Craven Cottage remains a welcoming and accessible venue, whilst meeting necessary statutory standards.

As a result of these additional works, small sections of seats will be lost to areas of the Hammersmith End in Blocks H1 & H2.

The Club is now undertaking the first phase of a transition process for the 2019/20 season. This first stage will be completed by Friday 21st June. After this time, we will be contacting affected supporters with further details regarding a new seat at Craven Cottage for next season.

10. When will the new Riverside Stand build commence and be completed?

Construction will begin this summer and works will continue over two full seasons. The new Riverside Stand is scheduled to be fully operational prior to the start of the 2021/22 season.

11. Will there be priority access to Riverside Stand seats for those that were affected by the construction?

Yes. Season Ticket Holders affected by and renew for the full period of construction will be given a priority period to choose from a range of new options in the new Riverside Stand ahead of non-affected Season Ticket Holders, as well as any other or new supporters.

12. How do I move back into my seat once the development is complete?

Although your exact seat will not be available due to the new stand’s configuration, we will be in touch with you over the next two seasons to offer various options to return to a seat within the same or new area of the stand. A number of new options across regular seating and food & beverage experiences will be made available to supporters.

13. Will the Putney End Blocks P1-P4 remain a mixed area?

Seating in Putney End blocks P1 through to P4 will become home areas to accommodate Season Ticket Holders affected by the new Riverside Stand’s construction over the next two seasons.

Blocks P5 and P6 will continue to host away supporters and therefore the concourse areas will continue to be mixed.

14. I am moving to the Putney End. Will I be sat with away fans?

No. Seating at Craven Cottage will be for either home or away fans, but not allowed to be mixed. Season Ticket Holders and Members buying additional tickets for friends or family should do so within the provision of the Club’s Home Match Ticket Terms & Conditions (found here).
