Alastair Harris

Head Of Sports Science

Alastair Harris started with Fulham at the beginning of the 2010/11 season and has been heading up the First Team’s Sports Science Department since January 2016.

He completed his initial academic studies at Brunel University where he has gained qualifications to masters level in the field of Human Performance.

He is now undertaking a PhD which focuses in load monitoring, load response and physical performance within professional footballers. This academic background, coupled with his experience, has given him the platform to excel in the fields of load management, player recovery cycles and physical conditioning, enabling the First Team players to push the barriers of physical performance whilst remaining injury free.
