The Swiss midfielder came to Fulham in the summer of 2011 as one of Europe’s most highly-rated young players having earned a glowing reputation in Serie A.
Kasami made 17 First Team appearances in all competitions last term, and in working with Martin Jol and the Development Squad the young midfielder made quiet but steady progress.
A player that can play anywhere across the park or off the front man, there is little doubting that Kasami is an exciting talent; one that is confident on the ball and ambitious when in possession. Glimpses of which were certainly seen during his debut season at the Cottage.
Combining his powerful physique with poise and skill on the ball, Kasami clearly has the potential to make an impact in the white of Fulham. The Manager is certainly a big fan of his talents and the youngster could be one of the players to watch in coming years.
On 15th February 2013, Kasami joined Swiss side FC Luzern on loan until the end of the season.
